The service was really fast and the lady behind the counter was very sweet however I feel like somehow my combination rice was burnt??? It was a decent portion of food for the price so I was a little disappointed when I noticed this. Better overcooked than undercooked though I suppose. I got two shrimp egg rolls that tasted extra fishy than normal for some reason but at least they were hot and crispy. I guess maybe I came in when they were having an off day, oh well.

We ordered on the phone 20 min before they closed (I know I know we hate doing this but nothing else was opened!), and they got our order done and bagged in 5 minutes. It was so hot and delicious. We got chicken lo mein, garlic sauce and broccoli with added tofu and some hot and sour soup, everything was great but the hot and sour soup wasn’t quite to my liking but was fine.

We ordered from China 88 just about every week. We spent about a year searching for a place that has black pepper chicken the way we love it and this place has it dialed in. Even after a long delivery ride, the food has always been great quality. Having tried several other items on the menu we’ve not found anything we don’t like. The Lo Mein is also very good as a side or an entree.

I always order on DoorDash due to having no car of my own, and it’s consistent fresh and tasty. I used to go to another restaurant for their lo mein, but they changed their noodles and it wasn’t as good. China88 has the best lo mein, and the portions are huge! The combo also includes plenty of rice. I ask for extra egg, and they always meet my expectations.

By far the WORST Chinese food we have ever had. My sons general tso’s chicken was so spicy he couldn’t eat it and his fried rice was cold. My beef and broccoli was nasty. The beef had a rubbery taste to it and my white rice was cold. The crab ragoon was just disgusting. The egg rolls had a bitter after taste. We paid $28.00 for food we couldn’t even eat. The restaurants lobby was so cluttered with extra stock like soda and cardboard boxes. There was even a deep freezer in the lobby! The lady at the counter was screaming at the people in the kitchen. It was overall a horrible experience. Save your money and go somewhere else!

As we waited on our order I found the cutest toy vending machines in the waiting area. Tattoos, Sticky Hands, Ect. Well, there’s a Dinosaur one.!! So I put my quarter in & nothing came out. The Women working behind the counter noticed my disappointment & came swiftly to my rescue. She feed it quarters and did a 1-2-3 gentle WACK on the side of the machine…. Out popped 3 Dinosaurs. Im STILL laughing about it. I couldn’t be happier. Kind folks, great food and memories is what you’ll get here. My new spot.
