My husband and I usually come here on the regular! Well this time I am highly disappointed and we won’t be back! We order here early yesterday to have something to eat then and take to work later! I ordered egg drop soup and combo fried rice. I ate from my plate around lunch time then brought the rest to work tonight. I decided to save time and mix my soup and rice, begin I’m a nurse and have a short lunch. As I’m eating, I thought I notice a hair in my food and scooped it up with my spoon and notied it was a bug! This makes me so sick to think I was already eating when I noticed it and ate some of the rice from the bowl around noon! Completely lost my appetite! Just nasty!

To say the least, I wasn’t impressed at all. I ordered Chicken Fried Rice which isn’t something I have high expectations for but it seemed more like Onion Fried Rice. It was just rice, chicken, and onion with more onion than it had chicken, didn’t even have egg which is usually standard to fry rice with. It was also very bland, I ended up using things from my kitchen to spruce it up.
The customer service was also subpar. The guy at the register didn’t come off as friendly at all. Even when I smiled and thanked him for the food he just stood there with his arms crossed with a hateful look on his face and didn’t say a word.

As I ordered my order through DoorDash and sent my employee over to pick up. They asked for a screen shot of order which I sent still was not good enough. Not only did they refuse to give him my order while I was on the phone he was very rude. He then sent someone out to follow my employee for what I have no idea. Do not recommend this for no one. And it makes me sad because the food is awesome. Better customer service is definitely needed.

We enjoy getting Chinese take-out from here. Most of the time I call my order in and pay when I pick it up. The order is usually ready in 10-15 minutes. Located next to Kroger and Tito’s on Port Royal Rd, they have a couple dedicated parking spots near the door, however, they’re usually already taken. They mostly do take-out orders, and they do have a couple tables. We enjoy the cashew chicken, veggie lo mein, sweet and sour chicken, and the egg rolls. They give you a container of rice for each entree(most of them).

Ordered the lunch special on the phone. When I got in, he said he didn’t do lunch special pricing advertised online anymore. He told me it was $2 more plus tip. When we asked for a tray to give food to our daughter on he gave us a hard time. Won’t be going back and service was overall terrible. Food was good even though our egg roll looked weird.

I do love an authentic Chinese restaurant BUT. The General Tso’s chicken was not that good here. I felt it lacked flavor and spiciness. The fried rice was okay. But I must say the cheese ragoons were delicious.

Rude and stingy owner! He used to have a nice girl working there but he’s too cheap to hire help and he has no social skills for the restaurant business. The food is good but better at Sunny China. Today I picked up an order for a Door Dash customer. It was ready but when I took the bag over to help myself to soy sauce, etc…the owner literally yelled at me “Just take two”!!! I told him I also eat there and should be able to take as many as I need. I left but walked in and told him You Just lost my business!! I also told my customer to order from Panda Express or elsewhere…and how a few years ago I got super sick after eating there…I vomited 3 times… and I know it was food poisoning. But rude and penny pinching customer service from an owner is enough. I’m done China One!!! Done,!!!

We used to like ordering from China 1 but our experience yesterday was not a good one. We ordered crab rangoons which were nothing but cream cheese. Didn’t expect a lot of crab but a piece here and there would have even been appreciated. We also ordered moo shu pork and it didn’t have much flavor, nor did it have but a few pieces of pork. The man that took our phone order hung up on my wife before she could finish the conversation and when I went in to pick up the order he was very unfriendly. Won’t be ordering again.

This place has great soup and noodles. My daughter is extremely picky with what she eats and she absolutely loves the egg drop wonton soup. I love their Mei Fun noodles. Go with the house special you won’t be disappointed. You might need some Sriracha or chili paste if you want some spice. Highly recommend if you need something fast healthy and cheap. I feed a family of three here for $25 and it’s relatively healthy with good portions. I am glad it’s so close to my house. This has been a welcome find for me and my family.
