Worst chinese food ever. Meat was definitely not chicken, but some chewy weird meat. Egg rolls tasted like the back of a freezer. Only thing edible was the fried rice & 2 pieces of broccoli. Never eating here again. Pregnant and very upset

A ridiculous rip-off. Enough to make someone quit dining out. I had the small pork fried rice. It was dry, boring, and awful – especially at $10. At least 1/3 of the dine-in spaces were covered with leftover food strewn everywhere from other customers, and all over the floor too. None of the workers seemed to care. Large menu on wall behind counter showed MUCH cheaper prices for all dishes; I asked and lady said “old menu” -: but it was one of those signs you reach in and change the numbers and letters anytime you want. Avoid.

The people at China 1 are curtesy, kind, and pay attention to detail when completing orders. The food is very delicious as well! This is the on place we eat Chinese food in Springfield.

My second order with China 1 was not good. I’ve got food poisoning from the fried rice. It was old , mushy and tasteless. Please make sure to serve your costumers some fresh food. The crab rangoon was just ok. Also, the place is not very clean.
My first order was good though . I’ve loved the pepper steak and the lady at the front desk is super nice and smily. The order went fast.
I won’t unfortunately order anymore from this place because I was planning to get some shrimp next time and the spoiled ones are lethal.

Wow! I just visited here and must say. Excellent customer service! Excellent food, and much more healthier than McDonald’s. I must warn you though. It’s so good that you might end up miserable from eating to much. Thank you China 1, for a truly satisfying experience.
