Although our pick up order was accurate and tasty, our order was rung up twice. I contacted the restaurant by phone on 2/19 and explained that I had a discrepancy on my credit card. I was told the manager wasn’t there, and then they hung up on me. I called 3 times that day, and was hung up on all 3 times.
Today I also called 3 times, and there was no answer. Since I’ve had no luck with this merchant directly, I’ve filed a dispute with our credit card company.

I only have 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option. I’ve been to this placea few times and the food is ok, not the best and not the worst. I was in the mood for Chinese food tonight, so I thought I’d try it again, target than drive further to a better place in Palm Harbor. The woman behind the counter taking my order had a very poor attitude. I asked some very basic questions and it was like I was bothering her. Well, guess what, your poor attitude costs you a customer now and probably several more due to this review and everyone I tell about it.

Wow?!? I have just had the strangest experience with the order taker on the phone.
So here’s what happened:
We order general Tso’s chicken and orange chicken. Delivered. We get mystery meat-two identical orders. Neither of them resembled what we ordered based on images of the dishes posted here of this restaurant’s own food. So I called them as a courtesy to let them know that they may have a problem with literacy in their kitchen, again based on reviews here. But instead the lady who answered the phone argues with me and tells me that what I got was what I ordered. How could she possibly know that?
I told her I didn’t want anything back, I was just letting her know she had a problem in her kitchen but she got more shrill and screechy so I ended the call and here we are.
I can’t recommend this place at all for take-out.
I will say that I believe that what we got was sweet and sour pork based on the pork in the pork fried rice that came with each dish. The meat was the same… unless it’s mystery meat!

Ate there and watched their counter help Selena repeatedly with a cheerful disposition take orders at the counter or by the phone, rare these days to give such good customer service in the fast food industry. She is an excellent face for the restaurant an asset to their business.
They allowed substitutions on their platters, LOVE that flexibility when ordering, did do this with in person counter ordering. Delicious well priced food.

This place is great every time i cant believe how some of their regular customers say how great it is and 1 time its not perfect and they leave a bad review . Spoiled entitled brats . These are great hard working people if u dont like it move on no need to cry about it in ur review . Its good food .

Order garlic chicken and it tasted like sweet and sour. The egg roll was overcooked. Looked like it had been made several days in advance and recooked till almost burnt.

Very nice people and quick, but the food was bad. Fried dumplings were not fried with questionable looking meat on the inside I didn’t eat a single piece. the chicken sesame was chewy, rice also not good. Crab rangoon were ok.

China One in Holiday Florida has the best the area has to offer. They are always friendly and always serve quality fresh food. Tonight I ordered my favorite: Chicken Wings and Shrimp Lol Mein The Chicken Wings were crispy, flavorful and large. The Shrimp Lol Mein was flavorful with fresh vegetables and had over a dozen shrimp in the small order. In my opinion China 1 is definitely #1 Anyone who lives or visits this area should try it!
