BEWARE! NEVER EVER EAT HERE. I ordered through Door Dash after a long day! I called the restaurant directly because they didn’t have an option for ” spicy” on my order! A young, child, answered the phone and didn’t identify the restaurant I called. I asked her “is this China One”? She answered Yes. I proceeded to ask for a spicy oil cup, which most offer, and she put the phone down! Someone in the background screaming at this kid; I stayed on hold and a very rude, nasty, women said “spice isn’t free”! I said fine, but can you please add to order? She hung up on me!

It’s been quite a while since we ordered from here (pre-Covid) and frankly the last couple of orders were mediocre, at best. We didn’t feel like cooking dinner so gladly agreed on Chinese and this is the closest location to our home. This time the food was lights out! In the past the general tso’s chicken was overly breaded and dry; not tonight. It was perfect. Chicken lo mein and veggie fried rice was also great. The location itself is kinda beat up, dirty and uninviting, and the staff isn’t all that friendly but as long as you don’t overthink it and eat at home it’s not a deal killer. We go for for the food not the kindness I suppose.

If I could give zero stars I would… the customer service here is absolutely disrespectful. No manners at all! I’m sorry but for the prices we’re paying these days if you own a business and you want returning customers I would show a Lil hospitality especially if someone is using it towards you! Treat ppl as you want to be treated. Another thing is I would suggest getting the order right, it really is a pain to have to go back!

Can we start this review w HORRIBLE!!!! Everything is over priced…Portions??? If I can give it a -5 I would. Food was disgusting, customer service RUDE! I’m livid!!! My family and I does NOT recommend this business what so ever. The only positive highlight I have to say was that my Doordash person was friendly. Other than that NEVER AGAIN!!!!! DON’T do the same mistake I made.

Went today 6/11/23 for crab Rangoon and fried spring rolls. I got 7 Rangoon in the order and 3 of the smallest spring rolls I’ve ever had and my bill was $13.90 !!! The Rangoon had maybe 1/4 teaspoon of filling in each and the spring rolls well… hard to describe.. lightly fried and mushy unedible center. It was like the spring roll was so small that the wrapper inside didn’t get cooked AND there was a sprinkle of filling. I ripped them open to find the filling and there was basically none. It was so gross and I couldn’t eat it. A little girl was working the front counter!! I’ll never be back what a huge rip off!!! I mean how dare they cheat the public like that? They certainly have no ethics or honor. Shame on you!!! OVERPRICED!!!!

The atmosphere here is as unwelcoming as the absurd prices they charge for horrible food. The people that operate this place seem deeply, deeply unhappy and I pray they close this place down and find new careers

I wish I could do negative 2 stars, their young child took my order and fkd it up royally and I went in telling them it was wrong (had already spent more than I would have liked) I was told that it was gonna be another $13 and they were going to throw the wrong order I paid too much for away. So I would have payed $29 for the correct order. So I said no I’d just like my money back and the lady pointed to a cardboard sign with no refunds written in sharpy marker. I’ve gotten better service and food from McDonald’s where the teenagers mess it up good, what is really going on in the world today? Smh I am at the point where I won’t order Chinese ever again.

Terrible customer service and they are definitely over charging$$$ The woman at the register that takes your order and money is the rudest person I have ever met. It’s bad enough that the south chinese food is nowhere as good as up north. Trash service prices and food!!!

Whoa! Ordered here for the first time. HUGE mistake. It was so expensive that we thought maybe it was something special. Absolutely not! It was poor quality, terrible food. They also forgot our sweet and sour sauce even after charging an extra 1.22 to make something spicy. This was definitely a first and last time coming here.
