We sure were glad to see these guys back in business they were in the process of putting up all the decorations for St. Patrick’s Day. I had the top of the rock barbecue sandwich with fried okra and a chicken leg. My friend had the brisket sandwich on Texas toast with the hush puppies they offer two Styles of barbecue sauce, one sweet Red based And one honey based. Food came quickly. Service was polite. Enjoyed the visit. Please come see them and support their comeback.

Such a fun place, went for the first time today. Everything was delicious – pulled chicken, pulled pork, nachos, jalapeno hushpuppies…the jalapeno cheddar sausage was the star of the show for me but our party of 4 enjoyed everything. Yummy house made sauces. The inside is decorated so fun for Christmas, wait staff friendly and attentive even on a super busy Saturday. We can’t wait to go back! ❤️

The three holiday cocktails we tried were delicious and the atmosphere was quite festive! (You better be good or you could wind up in the naughty corner) We came in at the tail end of a solo guitarist playing music. I would definitely go back.

The brisket was top notch, Margie’s service was outstanding, and festive doesn’t even begin to describe the atmosphere.

A friend and I had heard Chimney Rock was open for biusiness so we wanted to see for ourselves. The Chimey Rock Smokehouse looked inviting so we decided to give it a try for lunch just after Christmas. The food, service, and atmosphere were all fantastic.
The inside dining area waswell-decorated for the holidays with lights and ornaments hanging from the ceiling. The host welcomed us to our table, and our server, Margie, explained the menu and attended to our every need.
We ordered the Carnivore, a large platter consisting of pulled pork, a whole slab of ribs, sliced beef brisket, jalapeno and cheddar sausage, jumbo chicken drumsticks, hushpuppies, sliced pickles, and onions. It was a barbecue lover’s feast! Everything was smoked to perfection. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, the brisket was moist with a nice smoke ring, and the pulled pork was delicious. I also liked the cheddar jalepeno sausage, which had tons of flavor and was not too spicy. I loved their sweet sauce, hushpuppies and pickles too. Honestly, it was some of the best, if not the best barbecue I’ve ever had and I was amazed that all of it was smoked perfectly.
We took two giant portions of what was left home for our wives to try and they liked it also. We will definitely be coming back for more!

We came here from Orlando Florida for Christmas. We came in for lunch and found a group of people who were not going to let a storm erase their town!
We know storms and my heart humbled!
As i learned from different store owners, the water was 6 ft and the damage is present but the resilience is stronger!
I had the pleasure of meeting Margie!
She was kind and attentive. My youngest was not eating his food and was soo tired. Margie silently saw and brought “honey” for his nuggets. The magic in that gesture! My son LOVES honey like his life depended on it! When you walked away Margie he said “ ohhh she likes me” and are all the food! Thank you Margie! For going above and beyond! For seeing us and making our lunch an amazing experience!
When you come by please park next door, it’s $5.00 and it helps to rebuild the town.
We are already planning to come back and I can’t wait to come see yall again!

We had the best time at Chimney Rock Smokehouse. Noah created a great experience and we were eager for some wonderful BBQ. We were not disappointed, best BBQ in the area hands down. We had the pulled chicken (no bun) and shrimp tacos. Support these folks you will NOT be disappointed.

Loved being able to eat outside on upper deck. Margie was great and attentive and very kind. Food was delicious. View of chimney rock was wonderful and even h could see a waterfall coming off the top. We have visited the area many times and will continue to return and cant wait for more and more places to be open again. Highly recommend the area and the food.

Recently reopened since Hurricane Helene flooding demolished most of the Chimney Rock business district, the Smokehouse continues to serve very good barbecue dishes. They were highly recommended for their food and did not disappoint. We ordered their signature pulled pork. My wife asked for the sandwich served with pickles. Then added coleslaw topper with her choice of baked beans. l asked for the platter which came with three delicious jalapeno hush puppies and my choice of baked potato salad. We left filled and satisfied. Great place!
