Waited to write a review until the third visit, but I’ve NEVER had a bad meal here. Waitstaff is always friendly and attentive without being pushy. Sometimes on holidays or weekends there is a bit of a wait but it’s worth every minute for the food. Price to flavor/value ratio is always on point. Beer selection is great. They have excellent specials too!

We just had my daughters first birthday party at the Bridgewater location on saturday 2/25. When it came time to plan my daughters 1st birthday party I was overwhelmed & not many options when you are planning a February birthday, because of weather being unpredictable. I had come across this website/article about the best places to have parties in NJ, & Chimney Rock was one of the top rated. Even though I had never even been there before, reading the reviews and seeing their menu options I was pretty confident. Their event coordinator Dawn from start to finish made the whole planning flawless. She responded to my emails so quickly & answered all my questions. When I tell you I researched about 15 places, I’m not lying, and Chimney Rock’s prices were outstanding. We couldn’t believe how much food you were getting for the price.

We came in with a large party of 20. Our reservation was double booked but they accommodated us quickly, just not in the room we had reserved. The service was great and so was the food. Five of us wanted the same beer so our server recommended a pitcher, which was perfect and she brought us frosted mugs!

We’re local and had always enjoyed eating here. We ordered take out and when we got home was shocked to see the portion size of the $22.99 rack of ribs pictured below. Very disappointing and certainly not worth the price!

We took my Aunt here for here birthday cause it’s her favorite place that she’d been coming to for years when we was in the area! I loved it too and am excited to bring my boyfriend here for a nice, cozy date. I ordered the Big Kahuna Burger…and it was the best burger I have had in a while…whomever is in that kitchen knows what’s up–so yummy!!

ILENE was terrific – took great care with the meals for our 2 children and 1 guest with dietary restrictions. Friendly and efficient. Fun, All-American atmosphere. Family-friendly but also great for date night. Food was delicious. The kids enjoyed their mac-n-cheese and complimentary dessert. Adults enjoyed a pizza and a pot pie.
