Such a great experience! The food is phenomenal, the service is ON POINT and don’t skip dessert! We had a pre dinner cocktail – Old Fashion and Martini – both delish. Their sommelier recommended a fantastic Pinot with dinner and by the end of the meal, we were satiated!
Bread service, crab dynamite, scallops, bison NY strip, salad and the creme brulee was the icing on the cake! Can’t wait to come back again!

Had a wonderful experience at Chimney Park! From the service to the extensive wine list to each and every course brought to our table. I have to admit, I was not expecting this type of restaurant in Windsor Colorado. So glad we found a new date night spot!

An excellent meal, consistently. The lobster bisque is addicting and the beef coulotte was cooked perfectly. A perfect evening, we sat at the bar and enjoyed the wide selection of cocktails and wine to go along with our meal. Finally, the service is always top-notch, and I enjoy how everyone works as a team to enhance the service.

We made reservations for my wife’s birthday. She really wanted a nice chef’s tasting menu, and this seemed like the best option.
The place did not disappoint. All 5 courses were very delicious and wonderfully presented. Options change daily, so I won’t spend too much time describing the individual plates. Drinks were also awesome. Well balanced, great looking and tasty. Dessert was so good, I felt like ordering another plate. Orange+chocolate = amazing. If I have to nitpick, I wish they gave us a few extra pieces of potatoes with the steak – one smashed piece was just not enough. I understand that’s not the purpose of a tasting menu, so I can’t complain. We had a great time and we will be coming back. I’m excited to try the a la carte options.
Also, wine list is spectacular. Wife opted for the pairing with the dinner and she loved every single glass.
Our waitress was lovely. We sat at the high top at the entrance, and I am hoping to see more of the interior next time.
See you soon!

Went here for two birthdays and had an amazing time. Great service, nice atmosphere, and wonderful food. The menu does change. The entire table got the ribeye and loved it. So tasty and the whole dish had a balanced (not too heavy) flavor.

The chef’s choice five course meal was a great option for trying decadent dishes that you might not order on your own. The food and cocktails we ordered were great and our waitress, Sarah, was phenomenal. A great place to celebrate any occasion.

If you are reading this, stop. Go make a reservation right now. I am not kidding. Yes, it is expensive but aren’t you worth being spoiled sometimes? My husband and I went for our anniversary and he was skeptical, he usually is of anything new. We both ordered from the chef’s tasting menu and I also had the wine pairing. There were even additional dishes that the chef brought out that weren’t part of the menu. Sorry but I didn’t get a pic of the very 1st dish that came out and it was not printed on the menu but take my word, it was phenomenal, maybe my favorite of the nightl!! That 1st bite had me coming undone! I just sat there with it in my mouth taking sinful pleasure in the eruption of flavors melting together! My husband half joked about grabbing the chef and bring him home with us! Every dish was unique and exquisite! I am serious, if you want to show someone how much they mean to you, bring them to Chimney Park!

Spectacular!
Just a fantastic dining experience.
Every single thing we had was delicious.
Generous drinks(really good Old Fashioned), delicious bread with Wagyu Tallow Candle, delicious octopus appetizer, well prepared caesar salad, perfect lobster bisque, awesome duck breast and sea scallop entrees.
Everything was good. I’d order any of it again
Highly recommend and would definitely go back for special occasion.
The service was excellent, the staff were attentive and helpful.

Hidden in plain site is one of Colorado’s most precious jewels! Upon walking through the door you are treated with elegance and sophistication. We have enjoyed spending our anniversary here two years in a row and haven’t been disappointed yet. The chef’s choice takes all the guess work out of having a meal you won’t regret. A 5 course meal that keeps you guessing and leaves you satisfied. Add the wine pairing and you’ll be happy you did. I can’t wait till next years anniversary! Until then try it for yourself.

We spent our anniversary here and it was fantastic. Had our first 5 course meal and we’re absolutely blown away. Do not eat the bread, it will only fill you up and you need to pace yourself. The food was absolutely fantastic and the staff were great.
