It is a quiet and cozy place to eat. There is plenty of parking space and it’s mostly not crowded. It took a bit to get my food but it was worth it. So delicious and fresh. It was my second time here, and they were top-notch!

Really enjoyed the food and will definitely be back to try their coffee. The only downside was that my husband ordered avocado toast but was told they were out—yet, not long after, we saw someone who arrived after us get served the same dish. That was a bit odd.

Was delightfully surprised by this hidden coffeeshop in Chinatown. It was a quick 7-min drive from Elysian Park and parking was plentiful in the lot in front of the shop.
Just picked a banana walnut muffin and maple latte but they have a full breakfast/lunch menu.
The ambience was great for small gatherings, working on laptops or even a first date.
Only downside was that the bathroom was in serious need of cleaning.

First time here, hidden gem. Tons of free parking in the lot and some street parking available. Friendly helpful service. Large menu, great options. Food available as well. Very clean, great atmosphere, lots of seating inside. Restrooms available as well. Highly recommend and would return. Very fair prices and good size portions

My girlfriend tried the “Candy B.E.A” Sandwich with Tamarind Candy Bacon , and let me tell you, that thing was a flavor bomb ! Whoever thought of putting tamarind and bacon together deserves a medal .

The food was ok! Their menu was very limited. They were out of sweets at 9 am. And, when I asked for English breakfast black tea, they said they only have regular black tea! Didn’t even know what regular black tea was! It didn’t taste like ant black tea I’ve ever had!!!

Hidden gem, coffee was superb! Those potatoes though OMG crispy so darn good. As far as atmosphere well not my cup of tea as far as cleanselyness, the front windows were so dirty, finger prints everywhere and well the backroom disturbing disgusting. I wonder don’t the owner’s use that same bathroom. Takes 1 hour before or after to clean.

Breakfast here is stellar. Their whole menu is Thai-influenced, so their sandwich selection is unique and really filling! They also roast their coffee and make a lot of other things (such as their sausage patties) in-house which I am always impressed by. The espresso I ordered was a lovely dark roast with strong citrus notes, not for the faint or anti-acidic coffee lover, but absolutely perfect for my tastebuds. Service was friendly and the line wasn’t too long. The supervised lot they’re located in has l parking out front, but during peak hours I imagine it would be difficult to get in. I came around 10:30am on a Wednesday and it was mostly empty. Plenty of outlets, tables and seating for those who need to work remote. The music volume is reasonable and they were playing a mix of ambient and light trap when I was waiting for my food&drink.
The only criticism I can think of is that their coffee prices are at least a $1.25 higher than other coffee houses. Since they roast in-house I would expect it to be lower due to being able to save on costs? I could be wrong though, I’ve never run a coffee shop so… in any case, definitely worth a repeat or for you to check out en route to work.

Lovely coffee shop a bit expensive but average for LA. Swamp drink (matcha and chai) was very good ! Expect to pay 6-8 for a drink. Not very crowded at lunch, a few outlets.
Lots of activity in the parking lot. Inside, no music so a good place if you don’t mind a bit of quiet !
Breakfast sandwich was very good, a bit hard to eat as the egg kept slipping from the buns (double egg, scrambled and fried).

Candy BAE was so good I had to come back the following day to have it again.
I randomly pulled up to this shop while I was driving by for a coffee. I ended up getting the candy bae and a matcha instead. Both were absolutely incredible so much so that I had to tell all my friends and told them to come through. I hate that I’m late this party but now that I’m here I’m here . The staff was super friendly as well and therr was so much space to sit and beautiful artwork on the walls. Definitely recommend. definitely coming back.
