Very good place to get Thai basil fried rice. The service was great. I got it to go and I ordered in person. It was right at lunchtime but they were able to take my order right away. I waited around 15 minutes and it was well worth the wait. I I look forward to coming back.

Lunch at Chimm and ordered papaya salad, green curry with tofu and red curry with tofu. Was very pleased with the flavors and mix of vegetables in my curry dishes. The green curry was my favorite because I love the complex flavor profiles. Papaya salad (Thai style) was also nice. Red curry was delicious. Service was fast and polite. Great selection of dishes. I will return soon and try more entrees.

When we walked in the server was very attentive he told us to sit wherever we wanted the menus are nicely done with a lot of information about what’s in the food for my taste my personal opinion is that the rice and chicken plate was the best out of them all I forgot to take a picture of the chicken wings I guess because I did NOT LIKE THEM AT ALL. I asked for extra crispy they came out wrong which they didn’t have a problem dropping them longer but they literally dropped them for maybe another 3 minutes because they came out still not right I like the meat to have that meat texture and this meat was a bit tough and chewy the soup was the coconut chicken soup I really didn’t enjoy how sweet it was I also did NOT like the mushrooms they chose to put into the soup as a whole mushroom but overall nice sitting area nice atmosphere and the food is okay but not on my list

Here is my local guide honest review. Oooohhhhh sooooo good. The best Thai in the area. My favorites are the Drunken noodles, Vietnamese bun, and Thai fried rice. Pictured here is the Thai fried rice and veggie medley stir fry and fried veggie rolls. The food pictured here is from a recent event catered by Chimm. The food was so good. I am also happy that they come back and collect the large containers that the food was in. Yay for sustainability!

Small restaurant but has outside seating on nice day, raining when we went. No fried rolls which was disappointing. Good dumplings made like SIU MAI. Good fried rice. Pad Thai was bland, red sauce. Very friendly service and cook. May return for rice and to try Thai rolls. Also for Vietnamese food.

I’ve been here a couple of times and have a spectrum of experiences. The sever (whoever it is) usually try their best to accommodate everyone but they are very understaffed. Sometimes the wait could be incredibly long.
