Friendly staff. The portions of the plates are pretty good for the cost. My husband loves spicy food, they were out of their habanero sauce & they grilled some serranos for him.

Service was friendly. Food was okay. My partner enjoyed his carne asada but I did not enjoy the fajitas. Lacked flavor and was too soggy. I ate it, but I wish I would have gotten something else instead. A lot of food though.

My friends and I were craving Mexican food after hiking in Mount Rainier, we stopped by Chimis and we happily satisfied our craving! the portions are big and we came HUNGRY! If you’re heading from Mt. Rainier to Portland, it’s a great stop after a long day of hiking! The owners are very friendly!

We absolutely loved this place! We didn’t know what to expect being kind of out in the boonies, but the food was excellent. We both got fajitas and they were a good portion size for the price and so delicious. Service was fast and friendly! Had AC!

We were lucky to eat at Chimi’s because we were staying at the hotel across the street! The food was excellent and the employees were so nice. It was my birthday and the made my day really special. They sang for me and even gave me a shot of tequila! I definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the area!

For a Spanish Restaurant in a small town on White pass ( Morton,Wa) The food is Authentic and delicious!! Mild or spicy !! Clean and well organized . I ate a delicious hamburger and my grown kids ate Spanish food that they enjoyed. My Father in law enjoyed his Carne Asada and my mother in law enjoyed her enchiladas with rice and beans.
Everybody in our party enjoyed the delicious food.10!!

Absolutely the best Mexican restaurant I’ve been to in a long time!
Had the Tacos Al Pastor w rice and beans, 1 1/2 margaritas (split one w my partner), flan (the caramel sauce was delicious, and it came w whipped cream and a cherry!), and tried a Mexican coffee (strong and topped with just the right amount of whipped cream).
The food and drinks were amazing, and the service was excellent!
This is my new go-to Mexican restaurant. 🙂

First time here. There was a good selection on the menu to choose from. I was not super hungry so I just had beans and rice. My partner had camarnoes, which he says is rare to find on a menu. He was in heaven. I was stuffed and couldn’t finish. Both of us had really good portion sizes. Cool place, we would come here again.

After a day of driving around some scenic areas and getting hungry for lunch we stopped in Chimis. What a GREAT choice! Fresh chips and salsa when you sit down. We came in right around lunch special time which goes until 3PM. The tamales and enchiladas are really good. The rice and beans are tasty, around $10 per plate.
Someone in the booth over got the fajitas which smelled like heaven. Will absolutely come back everytime I come through!
