Had Chimichurri Grill when it was outside of Fisher Brewery(great beer and people), fantastic service and great food! We had a little bit of everything, the chimi asada fries were fantastic. Love when you can put on all your own toppings and sauces at a food truck. Make sure to get a couple churros 😉

So good! Went to Templin Family Brewery with the Chimichurri Grill food truck out front. Ordered the Chimi-Philly and it was soo good! I got ketchup just in case but didn’t need it for either the fries or Philly. Would definitely recommend and it went great with the beer, and perfectly filling!

Wasn’t expecting the steak to be breaded but was informed that the steak used for the milanesa is soaked in chimichurri sauce! Full of flavor and big portion! (Somewhat difficult to find – if driving, park the walk towards the library!)

My all time favorite food truck in SLC! Tried them at the U campus and was mind blown by all the flavors (and size of the meal!). Loved them so much that I followed them to TF Brewing next weekend so my partner could try them! He now loves them too! If u see them around, u won’t be disappointed by the food quality and the amazing service (so friendly). My favorite is the milanesa chicken sandwich with their homemade chimichurri sauce, yum!

If you’re thinking of getting anything from here, get the chimi-Philly!!! It’s the best Philly I’ve ever had. The meat was very well seasoned, it had peppers, onions, and some melty cheese. They use a really good bread that does not get soggy, even after the drive home! It held everything without breaking or getting mushy which I loved. I had it with a side of their chimichurri sauce and I will definitely be getting it again <3
