Went on the perfect day to sit outside! Tons of patio seating. Ate so much. There was a large variety that was absolutely delicious. I want to go back. Perfect for a long lunch or dinner, conversing and munching on perfect Ecuadorian cuisine. Large gluten free menu options- and if you aren’t gluten free it doesn’t matter!

Delicious. Blew through with my wife one weeknight and very happily enjoyed an early dinner for two with nearly no wait. I was here a few weeks ago in an early evening so I can’t remember the name of what I ate, but it had chorizo, papa con queso, arroz con huevo, y ensaladita. Estuvo delicioso
My wife had the halibut and it was the star of the show.
I had asked the waiter for his recommendation since I had never eaten Ecuadorian food. I wasn’t thrilled or wowed, and I think I should have chosen the other option, but everything seemed made with care and to perfection. Rice was soft and sticky, plantains were just ripe, potatoes weren’t dry, and all the textures were good. Wish I had more flavor, maybe salt? Better less than too much. Great guisos and accompaniments.
It was a lovely little spot and I will absolutely come by again.

Looked for great brunch places in Northeast Minneapolis and Chimborazo was recommended on multiple places (Reddit, google maps etc.) so decided to stop in.
The flavors were on point. From subtly savory to tangy and refreshing. Can’t wait to come back and try the cheesy potatoes with chorizo.

Very flavorful and soft potatoes. The green sauce is slightly spicy but goes great with the potatoes.
Really juicy, flavorful, soft sandwich. Well seasoned pork, the sweetness from the plantain only adds to the sandwich. Fries are slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
The flank steak was well seasoned though a bit tough and dry. The rice and beans were good sides. Really liked the plantains again.

The perfect spot if you want great, comfort food with a cozy friendly ambiance. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. We had four different meals and each one was amazing!

Food totally hit the spot. Shrimp Ceviche was on point. Chicken stew was hearty and flavorful, as was the roast pork. Each side was yummy and contributed to the whole. Will be back! Only real downside is we were largely ignored by our otherwise nice server. We didn’t need anything, but we weren’t checked on, and waited a long time for each interaction from start to finish.
