The food is excellent, I understand why the Baja Fish tacos are best sellers. The staff was definitely having an off-day though… the first guy missed one of our orders completely, even though he said he confirmed it. the wait here is also incredible. I would go here again though.

The best taja fish burrito and tacos ever! Really love the flavor. Fresh vegetables and toppings. Chicken, pork and beef are all nice. Especially the fish one!
Recommend this place to everyone! Ooookay! We ordered one taco (3 pieces) and one taja fish burrito. But we added too much toppings! One taco makes me full! But there are 3 in an order with price 8.75 + 3.5 for guacamole ! Really nice flavor!

Counter style taco spot. The Baja fish is phenomenal. Tacos were great. The burrito I got was the size of a log and all the fillings were fantastic. The guy breads and fries the fish fresh as you order it so it’s perfectly crisp. My picture really doesn’t do it justice.

This place is kind of like those sandwich shops- where you pick your tortilla type and then fillings, but in every other way it is superior in quality. Fish tacos and burritos with chimayo sauce were the perfect after skiing fill up. The fish was fried to order and cooked to perfection. Come hungry and leave happy- and ready for a nap.

The food is delicious. I enjoy watching these fine folks wrap burritos! Their burritos are the biggest I have ever seen. I enjoyed my Taco Salad, and my son enjoyed his Fish Baja Tacos. I wish more restaurants like this one existed. The prices were not crazy high considering the amount of food you receive, and I love that the food is made fresh as you order. The atmosphere could be improved, but I definitely will not allow this to keep me away.

While visiting from Omaha during our Dillon vacation, we stopped to grab lunch as we go into town. Packed portion and tender meat. Only complaint the corn tortillas were not warmed up enough, which made the tortillas easily cumble and fall apart during bites.

Would totally eat here every time I visited Summit Co. if I could. Their burritos are awesome! I love the chimayo sauce and the verde salsa. The prices are competitive and the servings generous! You can’t go wrong!
