Tonight we had dinner at Chima Steakhouse in Orlando, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
Before being seated, we spent some time at the bar where Ramiro, the bartender, took great care of us. He was attentive, friendly, and set the tone for the evening with outstanding service.
Even on a very busy night, the manager made sure we were comfortably accommodated and arranged a table for us without any issues — which we truly appreciated.
Once seated, our server Nicole was absolutely exceptional. She was attentive, professional, warm, and consistently present without being intrusive. Even with the restaurant full, she handled everything with grace and efficiency. Her service truly elevated our dining experience.
Great food, great atmosphere, and even better service.
Highly recommended — and special thanks to Nicole and Ramiro for making our night memorable.

Love this place! I’ve been there twice. I really enjoyed the food, delicious drinks and I’ve tried an amazing desert, that I’ve never seen before. Place is very cozy. Our server Maria was very efficient, and they have a great GM. I recommend the place for any occasion.

Absolutely amazing experience. Nicole was our waitress. She went above and beyond and was so thoughtful. I am nine months pregnant and thought I would take my husband out for one last fancy dinner before things got hectic. Nicole surprised us with a birthday celebration dessert for our valentines due date. She frequently checked In and offered to grab food for me if I wasn’t able to get to the salad bar. She even went so far to make specialty drinks for me and my husband.
The food servers were helpful , attentive, and quick. While I will shout out the server who handled the lamb chops all night, I didn’t grab his name, he catered to my husband and made sure he liked the lamb and had more then enough to eat and my personal favorite , Oscar , the gentleman with grilled cheeses and honey who made sure me and the baby were in heaven all night by stopping by with a large serving for what felt like just for me.
I am not a big meat eater right now so I can’t comment on the meats (just the mouthwatering pineapple and grilled cheese) I can say my husband regularly said wow and omg this is great after every bite.
I’m not sure when we will get to go back, but I see why it has such great reviews and I look forward to a return trip after our little one arrives!

Maria was our server, along with sally her runner. The two of them were fantastic! Super sweet. Vanessa was the manager on shift and made sure we were well taken care of. Food was delicious, meats came out at a great temperature. Head gaucho Pedro was also fantastic; came by to make sure we were getting all our requests.
We celebrated a birthday and they took care of us there with a cheesecake!
Would definitely recommend dining here! The space is big, bright, and beautiful as well. Live music!

This place was amazing & our server Vanessa made it a special experience we’ll remember. The quality of the meat is phenomenal. They have a very clean atmosphere. I love that they have an attire policy, it elevates the room appearance. If you go please try the desserts as well, we couldn’t decide so we got 3 !

Edmar the GM was very attentive and amazing! the vibe and service was so good, this is my second time there and every time has been nothing but goodness in the food and service. Jay was our server and she was so sweet. Ramiro the bartender was also attentive and friendly, he does amazing every time. I will always come back again and again. In the photo i got the Cream Caramel brazilian flan, delicious!

This place is great if you are celebrating a birthday! Sandra definitely made it memorable. The food is great, especially the pineapple and cheese+honey combo! Cant get enough of it. Had a wonderful visit to this Brazilian steakhouse that is located on restaurant row on Sand Lake. Immediately upon entrance, we were greeted in a very friendly manner. We sat at the bar because we were coming for happy hour. Happy hour is from 5-7 pm. They have a great happy hour with martinis and old-fashioned for only seven or eight dollars. They also had an absolutely beautiful buffet station set up with all of the trimmings, fruits, vegetables, and sides that you would need to accompany your meats. They also have people walking around the restaurant with beautiful meat presentations. The seafood salad was delicious. The burger sliders and fries were also delicious. The drinks were amazing. Our server, Katrina, was awesome. A manager even came by to check in on us to make sure that we were having a good time. They also have an award-winning wine cellar. It was also an additional plus that there was live music and she informed us that there is live music every Wednesday and Saturday. We had such an amazing time and I plan to come back to fully experience this with my family.
