Tried Chiloso Mexican Bistro today. The steak quesadilla was amazing — packed with flavor, super cheesy, and cooked perfectly. Unfortunately, the rice was a letdown; it tasted dry and a bit old. The food overall was good, but for the price, I expected everything to be fresher. Great quesadilla, but the restaurant feels a bit pricey for what you get.

This restaurant has been in our area for several years and I never thought about stopping by until I saw a TikTok video showing their incredible Blackend Salmon & Chicken Bowl!! I instantly had to try and I’ve been hooked every since!! Think Chipotle or Freebirds but fresher and flavorful!!!

The food is built to your specifications, whetheryou point in person or order using their app. They always have the drinks and condiments well-stocked, and offer free coffee with breakfast. This location is on a strady decline since the gm was moved to forney. There are still a couple good team memebrs here but operational awareness and urgency is no longer a factor here. Order my usual and took 35 min. To get my order. They need some leadership here.

Stop before you go here!! Me and my family went in this location for dinner we order a large meal the services was so unpleasant The workers were very disordered. There was a lot of people coming into this business to order, but they seem to rush us out of the line and one of the general managers name. Lydia was very rude and very unprofessional when you pay for a large amount of food for your family you would want good service and a good atmosphere It was very uncomfortable and I also had to get the refund back on the tilapia fish the taco was hard and presentation was very poor. I highly recommend another location to check out this location is very unfriendly they’re all about making money they give you a small portion of food for high price meal the nachos gets soggy very quick and they loaded up without even paying instructions when I told them that I wanted the sauce on the side everything pretty much on the side they rushed our food out, and it was just very displeasing!

We were invited to my Niece’s Birthday gathering. It was my first time trying this place. I ordered the Tamales with 2 fried eggs on top and it was good. The tamales were good and spicy and the eggs gave it extra flavor. I also had their kid barbacoa nachos, made my way and those were good too. The chicken tacos were also good. Atmosphere was nice and clean, very casual. The young lady serving us our order was very nice and patient. I will go back.

Total miss tonight. One taco, queso was missed so it was dry. And was filled with more lettuce than what is typically added to a bowl. The only toppings I got were chicken, queso, onion, lettuce and jalapeño. I also ate the taco with quite a bit of lettuce on it. This was the lettuce that was far excessive and surrounding the taco when I opened the container.
