My husband and I stopped in here after having dinner next door at Hovey’s, which was a great decision. This is a cute little spot, reasonably priced, with indoor and outdoor seating, friendly and helpful staff, quick service and great ice cream treats. My husband had the banana split and I had a scoop of black raspberry truffle ice cream. Both were a generous size and very good! This is a very family friendly spot, and is a must even if you are just passing through town.

I have mixed feelings about this place. We were the only people there … the two cheese bugers we ordered took 25 minutes to get?????. Sign says bugers will take 10 minutes to cook. They had good flavor but were small and very dry. The price is very high over $5.00 each…
. NOT worth it. Onion rings were good but only r got “5” (small to medium in size) in the order. Also pricey!! French fries needed to be cooked longer. Again pricey for the amount you get!! Only one size which compared to other place s would be a medium order.
Now for the dessert…. EXCELLENT the Hawaiian sundae was filled with coconut , banana., pineapple and nuts. Which had a nice amount of each. The vanilla custard has a great creamy flavor.
Worth a stop for dessert ONLY.!!!!!

Friendly staff, clean bathroom, clean facility. I liked all the options they had. I got cotton candy with sprinkles, very highly recommended. Portions were pretty decent for the price. Loved everything about my experience. They offer outdoor seating and indoor seating.

We stopped here on our way through town. 10/10! The burger made with locally sourced meat was so delicious! Cheese fries, fried mushrooms, and a root beer floats were all amazing! Such a clean restaurant! You could have eaten off the floors and clean restroom too. The nicest staff, too! The only thing I’d nitpick is that the menus needed to be updated with the new prices instead of a sign out front saying that the menus weren’t accurate. But that was a very minor thing, and possibly they were waiting for new ones to be delivered. I don’t know exactly what we paid but I’d pay it again and again.

I was in Olney on business last night and decided to stop in Chilly Willy’s. I ordered a BLT sandwich and a hamburger. I thought the BLT was delicious, the bacon was very good. The hamburger was also good, but the meat was a bit dry in my opinion. I also ordered an ice cream cone. The cone was good, and the portion size was generous. I’d return the next time I am in town.

Went to pick up our take out order that the extremely rude young lady told Us would be done in 10 min, Go to pick up food, the girl ask for my card like the food was ready, handed over my debit card which she happily ran then asked Us to pull up as our food wasn’t ready, we sat for 15min extra when we finally had enough, asked for our money back (by the way 2 hot dogs and fries were still not ready) she told me she could reverse it but it would be a couple days, the food items we order did not come to 29.00, even with tax it should have been cheaper, anyway so now I have no food and am out $30 on my debit card, by the way the staff there are super snotty, every time they tried to come up with a new excuse they slammed the window door shut on Us 3 different times so they could figure out their next move, none that were any good. As for the owners response I just had to laugh, also please don’t send your employees to my fb page to friend request me when I know none of them personally and if you’d like to argue that I have a screenshot.

We went to a different restaurant initially but they were out of burgers, so we ended up at chilly Willy’s instead. The group was happy we ended up there though! The food was all fresh, hot and plentiful regarding portions. We got our (large order for 6) order withing 5-6 minutes and it was great! The only thing negative was they didn’t give or ask about sauces! I highly recommend them.
