Yesterday I ordered multiple different snow cones most of them had “extra cream” (which is $2 extra for each snowcone) they put cream at the bottom and top. When I got to where we pick up I noticed they had prepacked the ice and so the snowcones didn’t not have any cream on the bottom or much syrup at all except on the top. The flavor was very weak and at the bottom was just ice. I do not feel like the kids who work in the chilly Willy care about what they are serving as long as the serve it. There is never an actual adult there to watch these kids work. I do not feel like these snowcones should be so expensive if we are not getting what we paid for. They should make the snowcones as they get ordered like every other snowcone shop I’ve ever gone to.

Outdoor benches (plus one huge blue chair!) to enjoy sno cones, soft serve, candies & unique toppings (pickles??!!). Fun to eat outside with the kids to avoid mess in the car, plenty of parking. Very popular, sometimes there’s a nice line! 8.8.23
