Our first time. We ordered a #3 with provolone and #3 with provolone, jalapeno and mushrooms. Both included fries and drinks. They were excellent. However it the future I would order extra cheese. For the price you get a lot of food. The place itself is in some type of renovation. So not a destination location. We will try again if in the area.

Excellent food & service! A hidden gem. Willy makes you feel welcomed. One of my new favorite spots. I got the jerk chicken & tasted the cheese steak. Both were fantastic. Hard to go wrong here. Also spoke with two other patrons who traveled all the way from Pittsburgh to enjoy Chilly Willy cheesesteaks.

The reviews do not disappoint,Chilly Willy’s is worth an hour drive plus. The staff is friendly, the place is cozy, with counter seats and a few tables inside to enjoy one of the best cheesesteaks you’ll ever have on this side of the state. The owners directly from Philly and the shop has a definite Philly vibes. The steak is well seasoned and the onions and cheese are well mixed and ere delivered to our table piping hot on a soft hogie style roll. Each bite melted in your mouth and was very flavorful. The side of onion rings were crunchy and delicious as well. The menu was dotted with choices of both steak and chicken cheesesteak varieties. The melted American cheese was delicious. I wish an option of cooper sharp cheese as most on the east side of the state have might be an added choice, but on the other hand, do not mess with perfection! This is a must try !!

I have been on a quest to find the best cheesesteak for YEARS and let me just tell you Chilly Willy comes out on top. I love their perfectly grilled peppers and onions paired with the melt in your mouth steak. The bread is also so soft and fresh and the cheese fries are a perfect pairing. This is hands down the best sandwich in the area!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this one is long overdue. These are the best Philly cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. They are better than Jim’s South Street and Angelo’s (two of the best and most popular places in Philly for those of you that haven’t tried the real thing). It’s almost impossible to find an authentic Philly in Pittsburgh, but Chilly Willy’s definitely accomplished it. The ratio of steak to cheese is pure perfection. Add in the mushrooms, onions, and banana peppers – all diced- so every bite is just as wonderful as the last. There are few places I will travel an hour+ each direction to pick up food from, but these cheesesteaks are worth it!
The inside reminds me of a place from the heart of Philly. It’s personalized with pictures of the individuals that own it which makes you feel like you’ve walked into a family’s home. I highly suggest anyone looking for a great, authentic cheesesteak give this place a try.

Ever since I was introduced to this place I will not get cheese steak sandwiches anywhere else. I love the food here, the people are great, even if something happens to where I have no reason to head into beaver falls anymore I will go out of my way as long as this place is in business to get some of the fantastic food here.
