Chillin Out Ice Cream is the worst place I’ve ever been to. It looks like they are trying to copy Twisty Treat, which is very misleading. The ice cream was already melted and looked disgusting. They didn’t even have what we were looking for. Only after buying it did I realize it was not Twisty Treat. I feel like they are cheating people by copying the look. Worst experience ever. If I could, I would give them zero stars.we came with disappointment! Please look for twisty treat.not going back any more & please don’t go .

It’s our first time trying this spot. All I can say was that my daughter was having a blast. I got the chocolate and vanilla swirl with the cones and it was delicious (medium) and my wife got a (small) chocolate soft serve totaling $12.50 exactly. It was a good experience overall and the price was good.

We stood outside rang the doorbell, nobody came. Knocked twice nobody came. It said it was open. Horrible service, another customer when he saw us he got out of his car in hopes of someone serving him. Saw us knocking and told us hes been waiting for 15 minutes and nobody had taken his order. When we walked around to see if the worker was busy, we saw through the window he was sitting on the floor, on his phone ignoring us. If he was on hes break, i will never know cause he didnt even come out to let us know just pretended he didnt hear us. Didnt even have a sign put up. This happened today, feb 1/2026 at 8:32 pm

First parking was terrible. The customer service is non existent. They have a sign in the front talking about high prices because of inflation which I understand but a small swirl in a cup with rainbow sprinkles is $8.25!? Ice cream was mid.

I prefer to buy ice cream from the 7-Eleven next door rather than buying it from this place again. Even more, I prefer to drive 15-20 more minutes and buy a triple-size Ice cream from Costco for a 1/4 part of what I paid for a tiny ice cream in this place. It was my first time and I was wondering why the place was empty. Then I realized the prices are way too high for bad quality ice cream. Never again.

I’ve been ordering the Oreo sundae for many years and they always gave it to me with a brownie. This time I ordered one and it came without it. I don’t know if they changed the recipe, but without it, I prefer to pay for an Oreo McFlurry at McFlurry, which will be much cheaper.

when the worker opened up the windows both to take our order and to give us our ice cream we were hit with the most musty, stinky, funky STENCH and i was a good few feet back from the window. i looked at my partner and before i could even say something he said “did you smell that?”. i already know the owner is about to fight with my review as they have been a keyboard warrior to almost every single negative review i just read. anyway, try some bleach?

Love love going here, Their ice cream is the best and made with love, So much love that I buss a little when I take that first lick off the spoon. I even squirm in my chair as my taste buds ascend from the goodness of the flavor. My go to is plain vanilla with coconut flakes and it will always be so yummy, I think I’m going to try out something different each time I come here now.
