Jamie at Chillers is the man! He’s always in great spirits and makes sure everyone is taken care of, even when the place is packed and busy. No matter how hectic it gets, he stays friendly, attentive, and professional. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and the experience they’re having.
Honestly, I pretty much follow my friend wherever Jamie is working because he’s as solid as they come. It’s rare to find someone so consistent, reliable, and positive every single time. He really sets the tone and makes Chillers a spot I always feel good about coming back to.

Love the vibe here one of the best bars in South Florida to enjoy your time where people respect your space and the tenders are always great came on the night with Jamie. He was amazing. This is the only kava bar with reasonable prices nowadays.
The kavatenders are all experienced and know their product. They operate quickly and efficiently and are super easy to talk to.
A 20oz flavored kratom without ice runs $6 during happy hour and they basically have an all day happy hour. Everywhere else you would be paying at least double AND parking for a similar product. In Wynwood, you pay triple. Honestly, screw Wynwood, that place is absolute overhyped garbage.
The music is excellent – they play 90s rock and grudge. I write this as I’m listening to black hole sun.
If you live West Palm, North Dade, or anywhere in broward County, this place is definitely worth coming to.

Crystal made my experience here super comfortable as well as very welcoming, she explained all the different variety of drinks they provide and made it easy to order. I’ve never tried kava before so having everything explained to me made it an awesome experience. The atmosphere is chill and makes you feel like you’re right at home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a chill but entertaining experience!!!

✨ I’ve been coming here for quite a while and have seen many changes with the staff over the years. Right now, there’s such a great group of people working here. My all-time favorite servers are Joy and Tosha. They’re both so personable and we always have wonderful conversations. Their warm smiles and genuine care brighten my visits, and they even take the time to listen when I need to talk through things.
I especially want to mention how much I appreciate Tosha—she always made my visits extra enjoyable. I’m really bummed that she no longer works during the times I usually come in, and because of that, I don’t visit as often. She’s such a bright spot for customers, and I’d love to see her here more.

I’ve been a loyal customer at Chillers for over a year and have spent well over $10,000 here. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the new manager, Joy, was extremely disappointing. Instead of appreciating my loyalty, she pressed me to make a purchase after i established what i was going to buy with the other kava tender. I felt more like I was being pressured than valued as a customer.
It’s frustrating when a place you’ve supported so heavily suddenly treats you like just another sale. If this is the new direction under the new management, it really makes me question whether it’s worth continuing to bring my business here. I love Tommy, Crystal, Taj, and everyone else that works there. Always been amazing. That place represents good vibes and energy to me, but Joy has made the experience the opposite of that. This is the 3rd time shes had something to say negative, while we sit to enjoy our lunch break.
