The staff was wonderful and super friendly! A few items were sold out when we visited around 9 PM on a Sunday, but the ice cream we ended up choosing was delicious. Seating could also be a bit better.

The kids who work here must hate their jobs and it’s really tarnishing the Chillin-in brand. Ordered a regular size tonight and it came like this. Melted. No smooth mound on top. Mind you this ice cream is NOT cheap. $10 for this is literally theft. I rather drive to South Miami and support that owner. Embarrassing.

One of the worst experiences I ever had at this location. It was a beautiful Sunday evening and only a few people in front of me when I placed my order for two ice creams TO GO and stepped out to take a phone call since there were 3 people ahead of me… the teens in there were playing around and not only made my ice cream before the people in front of me but they left it open and exposed on the counter with a different customer standing over it licking a spoon and grabbing another ice cream over mine. I was instantly disgusted and asked kindly for them to remake my order because it was sitting there opened and I did not feel comfortable with that. The girl went to the two boys on the shift after saying she would remake it and then had a 2 minute conversation with them instead of completing my request… the young man then asked me why I needed it remade and I told him it was open on the counter with someone eating over it and I wanted a different one and he told me that’s not a good reason and I said if you refuse to make me another you can just refund me when he sarcastically said he’ll just give me my money back he’s not remaking my ice cream. Extremely insulting and no manger was present to speak with. I drove to Kendall to get it from a different location but I will be calling to speak with management as soon as they open tomorrow . Worst customer service skills I’ve ever witnessed.

All ice cream are mixed. All flavors and Mixins you choose are mixed into a unique ice cream. I order the Cake Batter + Salted Caramel with crackers and almond, very good. Another tip is the water, you can have free water at the machine by the restroom. The design and experience are unique, I really liked this place and ice cream. Super recommend

That ice cream was quite pleasant however the service lacked professionalism. My son and I wanted to enjoy some ice cream after a hard day. However, the server, nathalie, was very rude. She was concerned with getting the customers out as soon as possible instead of providing a high quality service. Overall, she was rude, and berating.

Ok. This is easily the smoothest ice-cream in the city. Maybe in the state. Maybe in the nation. Maybe the world. I can NOT fathom smoother ice-cream. This place is AMAZING . It tastes fantastic, there are many options (dairy free or vegan even). The prices are reasonable considering that it is made using liquid nitrogen.
