i just had the absolute best cookies and cream ice cream with. perfect amount of oreo combination. all done by the amazing worker jaylen, helping me with absolutely every annoying question i asked her. also gianni was amazing in helping me when my card didn’t work at the register. both amazing servers and im obsessed w the place and the service! thank you chilln for hiring such sweet souls

I come to this location at least once a week and have always had good experiences. But Today was not a good one. The staff are usually nice and kind but today the employees at the counter looked pretty busy so I decided to order on the tablet instead of ordering from one of them.
I ordered and waited no joke at least 8 minutes for my milkshake. It was only me and two other people in the whole store. The other group of two also asked one of the employees for help ordering and they said they could not take their order because they were too busy and that they needed to order from the tablet. After my 8 minute wait I got my milkshake and left, once I tried it on my way home, it was straight up liquid ice-cream. It was barely even cold. It just tasted like flavored milk with some whipped cream. It was kind of a shame considering I pay over $10 for this milkshake.
The two employees that were there this night certainly made it seem like they didn’t want to be there, they kept muttering to each other and rolling their eyes.
Very disappointing experience to say the least. Don’t know if i’ll be coming back again.

So happy to find liquid nitrogen cooled ice cream. The cooling process doesn’t allow time for ice crystallization, and the result is the smoothest ice cream ever. So many options, especially for a vegan. I used Oat Milk on both my visits, but there’s also Almond & Coconut Milk. And I just love the freshness of the cool nitrogen filled atmosphere. Putting Pistachio & Coffee together, did some amazing things to my taste buds.

This was my first visit. I got a small butter pecan with KitKat (mixed in) and biscotti butter on top. I didn’t understand that some of the ingredients would be mixed into the ice cream and some would be on top. The staff, while pleasant weren’t helpful at all. Everyone was wearing earbuds or headphones of some kind so it felt very disconnected. All of the ordering is self serve with a TouchPad so no one is available to explain how the ingredients will be served. The ice cream itself was good but nothing spectacular. It was a good singular experience.

A totally new concept of Nitrogen chilled ice creams, and all were egg-free! We’d Vanila and Coffee combined, it was creamy and delicious, definitely recommend it!

We walked in and were ignored. There was a line of 3 girls ahead of us and every single employee was on their phone ignoring all of us as shown in the picture below. It took us over a half hour to get our ice cream that we even placed our online order ahead of time. The dishwasher was super dirty as well as shown in the picture. I used to love coming here but will not be back ever again due to the rudeness of the employees and dirtiness.
