Absolutely delicious! Cozy, colorful, clean diner with ample parking and seating. Attentive, hospitipal service. The shrimp cocktail has the perfect shrimp to veggie ratio and the country fried steak with gravy was well prepared. Chilitos is now part of our regular rotation!

The combo #3 (1Taco, Christmas enchiladas 1 red and 1 green chile sauce, rice, and beans) was delicious, I enjoyed it!
Nalani was friendly, pleasant, and made me laugh when she brought my water with no ice and lemon!
When she placed my glass of water on the table she said, “Water with extra ice!”
She has attention to detail because she refilled our glasses with water, and didn’t forget to bring more chile sauce, extra napkins, and a food container to go!
We’ll be returning when we come to next outing in Las Cruces and hope to see her again!

My go to for red chile. We’ve been coming to Chilito’s for 20+ years. Had the Red Chile Burrito with an egg over easy today. Rosie took excellent care of us and kept our drinks full. I will continue to support this local business!

I stopped here years ago on a road trip and finally had a chance to visit again. I had the carne asada burrito and I wanted to try a side of the chile con carne. The burrito was good, but the chile con carne was excellent!!! Just delicious. My girlfriend has the chile relleno which she enjoyed tremendously. Our drinks were great, service was spot on and I can’t wait to visit again. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful meal at Chilitos! Nalani’s service was incredibly welcoming and delightful, making us feel right at home. We especially appreciated how many dishes could be made vegetarian without sacrificing flavor. And the salsa to go is a brilliant option — it’s keeping my chile fix alive all week long. We’ll definitely be back!

Food was delicious chips and salsa provided and are so addicting. The house margaritas are on point and delicious. As for the food had the chimi green chili shredded beef and it was outstanding crunchy and wet in the right way plus the kick form the green chili . Beans and rice are a must as sides as they go with the plate.
Update* was in town for the holidays went their for breakfast and OMG it’s just as amazing from the eggs, bacon, beans and delicious salsa to the amazing French toast! Definitely a must go to when In town!

Delicious red chile enchiladas. Piping hot when they arrived, nice and cheesy and a good flavor not to spicy. Quick friendly service. But she did get a few things wrong multiple times. Place was clean and inviting. Seemed very family friendly and a great place to eat. Affordable prices. Definitely worth the money.
