Last minute decision to eat out to calm a horrible day at work for my lady. After driving around found this place not ridiculously busy. Glad I did. Food was what was expected not glamorous but enough to be happy. What made it great was the waitress (Leia) took my silly jokes in stride while my gf pokes me to be nice.

$22 for a TRIPPLE DIPPER??? NO FROZEN SANGRIA-RITA??? AND NO $6 MARGS??? Isn’t chili known for that????? And my regular margarita comes out so watered down??? It came separated more water than frozen. I’ve been to so many Chili establishments in the lower 48 but this one by far has been the worst. AND MY TO GO BOX IS SOMETHING FROM A CHINESE RESTAURANT??? My server Sharon was very kind and gave us very good service despite the rest.

Always a good fall back. A wide selection of dishes appealing to different pallets, generous portions, good prices. A full bar including blended margaritas and flavored lemonades. Fast friendly service in a festive atmosphere, lots of TVs to watch the games.

Came in tonight to watch Thursday night football. A sports bar where not one employee knew how to turn the football game on. Also was told “the manager wouldn’t be coming out to help because he had a list of things to do that was more important! “ Won’t ever waste my time or money there again.

Pleasantly surprised. Being that it’s a chain, I was expecting low quality, nothing special. The place was clean, people were nice. I got my food very quickly. The chicken and waffles were stellar, maybe just a tiny bit too sweet, but I liked them and I never like that plate. Also, food was given to me just as the image appeared in the menu.

Everytime I go the food is always cold especially on the triple dipper. Mozzarella sticks are like they’ve been sitting for 20 minutes and zero cheese pull at all. Just a snap when you take a bite. No heat to them at all. Waitresses are always very sweet but overall wait time to sit down even when it’s not busy is ridiculous. Tables will stay dirty for about 15 minutes before they come to clean it up. We need a new chili’s or a new manager because this one has been terrible for years.

Food was slow to come out even though not very busy, also food was cold by the time it reached our table. Drinks were over filled with ice, but well made. Waitress was rude and acted as if waiting on us was the end of the world. Not on the top of my list as places to come to again.

Wow!!! We had a wonderful waiter. The food was picture perfect and tasted amazing. There was absolutely nothing wrong with our service or our meal. Thank you so much for an amazing steak. I recommend pick two. The cheesecake was spectacular. Truly a great experience.
