After getting bombarded with tons of ads on Instagram, we finally decided to give this place a try.
The food is actually very good, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come here instead of other similar restaurants like Red Robins or Applebee’s. The portion sizes we got for the price we paid were an excellent value, just hearty.
I got the smash burger and I liked it a lot, I would get the sauces on the side next time, it was a tad messy. The mozzarella dippers were delicious and hot as they came to us. Well worth the calories and dairy farts later in the night. The Nashville flavor was my favorite.
The waitress was very friendly and gave us some recommended tips when we ordered.

My daughters insisted we make a stop at Chili’s on our most recent road trip. There are a few Chili’s in Canada (where we hail from) but they are few and far between and most at the airport. We had to try the viral cheese sticks for that famous cheese pull. Kudos to the Chili’s marketing team. We got only appetizers and they were all good, and that cheese pull is real! Thanks for making me the best dad of 2026!

We had a really good experience dining at Chili’s! The food was delicious, portions were generous, and everything came out fresh and tasty. The service was also great—our server was friendly, attentive, and made us feel well taken care of.
One thing to be aware of: the little screen on the table has paid “games” on it that can add a charge to your bill without clear consent or warning. We didn’t realize this at first, but when we noticed the extra charge, we asked our server and he kindly waived it right away. Just something to keep in mind.
Overall though, great food, nice atmosphere, and excellent service. We’d definitely come back!

Derek our server was AMAZING!!! We drove 6+ hours from the PDX area to visit and hit up chilis. We went 2 days in a row- first day we had okay service and amazing food. The second day? Derek was our server and literally went ABOVE AND BEYOND to take care of us and make sure we were set for our long journey back home. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE DEREK!

David was an exceptional waiter!! He made sure our drinks were always filled, checked up on our table, and made sure my family was very satisfied with our visit. Food was great, steak and asparagus was so well cooked. Probably the best steak I’ve had at a restaurant. Definitely will be back!

Drove here from Oregon just for the triple dipper! It was very busy. Food came out in a timely fashion and the drinks were great! The best part of our entire experience though was our server, B. He was kind, professional, fast and so funny. He made us feel like we were dining with an old friend. As someone who’s managed fine dining establishment’s for the better part of 3 decades, I’d just just like to say you have a real winner on your team!

What can you say about the only Chili’s in Washington? People travel from all over to eat here, often with long wait times, but def worth it. The triple dipper is what everyone wants and it doesn’t disappoint, the crispers are cooked perfectly, the motz have picture worthy cheese pull, the big mouth mini sliders are really good, we haven’t tried the wings but we did have the southwestern egg rolls once and they were enjoyable. The sauces are great without being over powering. We’ve tried several other menu items and have yet to have anything that disappointed. We love the fact that the menu options cover a wide variety of people’s desires and dietary restrictions. It is a great cheat meal place also. The parking is free if you give them your license plate. On busy weekends it can be near impossible to find close parking and the waits can be up to an hour. The staff has always been kind and attentive. Highly recommend if you are willing to travel and possibly wait.

We came in on a Tuesday and got seated right away. I’ve never had any issues having to be seated so far. They are quite attentive and always check on you. I think the food is good and for a good deal usually. It’s not some major authentic Mexican food, but it is good. I love the cookie skillet here the most for some reason. In general it’s a great place to come and have a good meal! It’s a place that just makes you happy and satisfied.

Chilis in downtown spokane is wonderful. The service is always so friendly and welcoming. They all seem to enjoy their job and the food is delicious have gone there for date night and with my kids and their friends!! We have enjoyed the food and staff every time ❤️ there is a blond gal that has been our waitress a few times and she is always so friendly and helpful!!! And a young black man that brought out our food was so nice to my kids! He gave them fist bumps and made us feel so welcome!!
