Had no wait to get a table but we did go early for dinner. Host was very friendly and even held the door open for us.
Service was okay, the waiter was nice but I guess he was a little busy because my drink took a while to refill.
Now the food… to be honest it’s not gonna be some five star food it’s just a casual restaurant. The ribs were hella dry, even though I got the ones with the sauce, I’m shocked they took away the corn on the cob that used to come with it. Also I do like some seasoning on my fries but they were loaded to the max and even my son’s one was too much.
Would I come back? Yeah sure, but not anytime soon.

Our server Charis was the best, sweetest, most helpful server. The hosts were very attentive and welcoming as well. Our food came quickly and just as ordered. We couldn’t have asked for better service for our dinner meal this past Monday night. I recommend the virgin Pina colada and Li Hing Rita they were super refreshing for my Nina and I who don’t drink alcohol. We will be back soon I’m sure.

The meal was nice thanks to Mikayla, who stayed on top of everything despite the amount of tables she was taking care of. The half-rack of ribs was delicious and sweet, though pairing them with both fully loaded mashed potatoes and fries resulted in a major starch overload; luckily, the house salad added some needed freshness. My main complaint was the noisy seating right by the kitchen—next time, I’ll definitely ask for a spot further away from the commotion.

Haven’t been to this location in years.very busy night.wait was around an hour. Staff was very nice and actually got us in ahead of projected time. Waiter Jason was awesome. Very helpful always checked up on us to make sure we were good. Food was ono but the service was .everyone did great ! When your in the area give them a try if your lucky enough to get Jason as your server bonus !

The best Chili’s I’ve experienced yet. Not just in Hawaii but the mainland also. Great Staff very clean restaurant inside and out. Talk about fast service and I was there during lunch hours. Secret Sauce Burger was amazing, only one drawback, so many choices it’s hard to decide which one to order. Plenty of parking, wheelchair parking and access. Recommend to everyone by yourself or with your Ohana.

Stopped in to the Mililani Chilis for a late lunch while doing errands since the baseball playoffs were on. Went on the bar side and it was a but slow but finally talked to the server into changing the channel so i could watch the ballgame.
Ordered the Margarita Grilled Chicken off the guiltless menu and food came out however had to ask for utensils to eat it with too….
Stayed a little longer to watch the game so tried the Chilis Classic Nachos that were on the 808 Happy hour menu but I should have googled it as this dish was deep fried and not your traditional nachos. Food overall was lukewarm and not hot when served.
Took a while to flag down the server for the check since I guess its a slow time or short staffed, I noticed the same pattern when I visited the Waikele branch a while back. Used to like the Pearlridge branch however that one is now closed.
Probably wont be visiting this chain for a while, theres other places that I could go and watch the games. A generous 3 stars.

Our waiter, Paka, was very inattentive the entire evening. It started off with him taking 10 minutes to even greet my husband and I. After that, it just went downhill. I often wondered where he had disappeared to. Our drinks were left empty for most of our meal. He only checked on us maybe twice. Meanwhile, the table behind us got checked on multiple times. When he finally took my card for payment, he disappeared again for another 20 minutes. At this point we were very concerned and wanted to leave ASAP. Food wise, the Cajun pasta was decent but definitely needed a lot more sauce. The chipotle chicken crispers were a lot blander than expected. Plus, they took away the honorable skillet queso.

Haven’t eaten my food yet, but pretty disappointed that I wait for nearly 10 minutes without one employee even acknowledging my presence at the take out register. It’s not busy and I’m standing right in front of the kitchen. At least seven different employees make eye contact with me and say nothing. Hope food is better than the service!

Excellent! Haven’t been here in 3 yrs.! New menu! My daughter had the $15 special..mini salad, a drink, chicken pasta . Very large portion..had to take 1/2.. .the paradise pie was to die for!!

Jeffery was a REALLY good server and the experience we were having was amazing. The manager made the experience short because she was disrespecting her own employees. The manager was new and making it difficult for Jeffery to work without problems.
