We had a great experience at Chili’s! The food was delicious and came out fresh, and the service was absolutely excellent. Huge shoutout to Alexi, who went above and beyond—he literally ran out to catch us when my husband accidentally forgot his wallet. That level of kindness and care really made our night and shows how much the staff truly cares about their guests. We’ll definitely be back!

The fat mozzarella sticks were good! The pull on the cheese was fantastic. The food was just okay overall. I got the 6oz Sirloin and added 6 shrimp. The loaded mashed potatoes tasted kinda fake. The strawberry patron margarita was yummy! But I didn’t care for the queso very much at alllll.

We ordered Surf and Turf Ribeye Steak (Medium Rare) and a Dozen shrimp in a Butter Garlic sauce which was Delicious and came with Asparagus. Added Mushrooms. The Steak was Seasoned perfectly but was Well Done so not as Good as it could of been. Also no Shrimp Showed up to the Party which was the main Desire. That was a Bummer! Chipotle chicken tenders were delicious but mozzarella sticks weren’t the best.

Had dinner tonight on January 22, 2026. Carley was our server. She was amazing. Cheerful, helpful, accurate, consistently checking on us without hovering. The entire staff was very friendly, helpful, and on the spot to make our dinner very pleasant. I’ve been to other Chili locations and this location is by far the best!!

Wait to be seated wasn’t long even though they were busy. The staff was all really nice. Our waiter Nate was especially pleasant and went out of his way to get the staff to come and sing for our child’s birthday! Food came out pretty quick for how busy they were and everyone’s dishes were cooked perfectly. A very fun time, good food, and nice atmosphere to take the family to eat! Will return again.

This Chili’s is great. My food always comes out hot and just how we ordered it. The service is phenomenal, and my drinks are always kept up with. This is our go-to place for a bite on a Friday night. Really popular location, so I advise calling ahead to see what the wait is.

Steak came out raw when asked for medium. The waitress was very sweet, she put in an order for another. I took over 30 minutes to get a new one. We asked if she could comp it and said of course she would tell her manager Christina. The bill only had $10off. I asked the waitress she said she asked the manager to take the whole meal off and she would go find out. Christina the manager came over told me what I needed, she said she only took $10 off because it was a 3 for me. And said “ you ate the salad right?” “ you drank the drink right?” Her attitude was so unprofessional. Not once did she apologize for the wait to remake our steak. I asked her why she was being so rude and she said she wasn’t. I asked for the name of her boss and she told me to go online and walked away. My waitress was very apologetic none of this was her fault. They need a new manager because never have I been spoke to like that somewhere I was paying to eat.
