Although the dish portions are shrinking and the prices are going up, the food was great. They need to bring more staff and do some cleaning and updating the decorations and the outside area.

I don’t usually like to complain, and I loved this location for a long time. But the kids working in this place definitely need more training. I ordered the chicken crispers, 5 piece with specific sauces. I received 4 pieces of chicken and only 2 of the 4 sauces. Yet on top of all that, we waited like 15 minutes before anyone even came by and we had to get the attention of the manager in order to get our server to even notice us. As much I love Chili’s this location needs some work. Just be glad I don’t work for HR or I’d be causing some chaos right now.

A nice place to have lunch. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean tables. As vegetarians, finding such good restaurants to eat when we are out and about is great, and Chili’s is awesome. Now it is To Go. Their molten chocolate cake is awesome!

Great experience here last night. Saw a buddy from high school and college here on a business trip, for the 1st time in 20 or 30 years. Great server person too. Sometimes I’ll “quiz” them: out of all the beer you have here, what’s closest to an Amber? She got it: a Dos Equis. 😀 Good food too. I had the 3-fer thing with ribs, chipotle chicken, and sausage. and my buddy had a burger. The prices weren’t bad either.

Thank you Carlos for the great customer service that I experienced Wednesday. My team at work ordered the wrong order on the app. Carlos was kind and understanding and didn’t make feel and negativity about correcting my order. 99.9% of the time my order is correct. I enjoy this place and the staff and will certainly return for lunch in the future.
