Surprisingly great food at a place I once thought to be just average in every category. Thought to myself (after not having gone to Chili’s in years) that I’ll give it a try and was upset that I hadn’t done it sooner. I got the Bacon Cheeseburger from the “3 for me” deal and ordered my burger med-rare, fully expecting it to come out like a brown hockey puck, but was a perfect pink in the middle and still very juicy patty on a soft brioche style bun. Best part was it was only $15 for one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time…a drink, fries & and appetizer of my choice. Will definitely be back to try the other food that I’ve mistakenly not even considered worthy of a chance.

Went for the dinner rush and was severed by Talia in my group of 4. She was kind and patient with us, along with being very courteous to our requests and explaining any issues we may have had. Definitely made the dining experience much more enjoyable being served by her. And she very pretty!

Me and my Wife LOVE coming here. THE CHIPOTLE CRISPERS are TO DIE FOR!!!! The Burger Bites are so amazing!!!! Can never go wrong with a Tripple Dipper for the starter. Ribs are amazing!!! SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY are always TOP TIER. Not once have i ever had an issue with a server. They all make you feel right at home!!!!

The food is okay, not too babe but also not great.
The atmosphere is horrible. From the moment we walked in (party of 5, two adults and three children) we were being stared at by the other patrons, dirty looks. I thought okay, maybe because they are all older and we are younger they have a problem. Idk.
Well we were seated and right away we could tell our server had a problem with us as well. She wouldn’t offer refills, she was rushing even though it was not busy at all, she would smile at the other tables, offer refills and even asked if they would like drinks to go. I noticed the difference right away from the other people and us. We’re Hispanic and the other patrons and staff were caucasian and it was clear why we were being stared at and treated differently. My child even noticed and stopped eating and just wanted to leave because she never experienced anything like that before and it made her extremely uncomfortable.

Great customer service, Always thought Chilis is a fast food restaurant until i got there. Huge menu, the server is very knowledgeable having worked there for over a decade. The food is delicious and taste great, Looks fresh smells fresh tastes fresh. Very pocket friendly. Had to a lot .Highly recommend this place and these dishes I tried especially the new Nashville chicken.

This was my first time eating at Chili’s in Bakersfield, California. I was STARVING. The hostess (I wish I got her name) was phenomenal, finding me a booth asap. Seems there was a mix-up because of a shift change but she spoke with her manager & I was seated immediately. I didn’t have to wait 5 minutes. Jules, my server was fantastic. She was very friendly & animated. Funny, too. It was like a breath of fresh air to have a server who seemed to enjoy her job & who was very good at it! My order was brought to the table in record time, I couldn’t believe it! It’s the fastest I’ve ever been served at any Chili’s. Idk how they did it. My chicken tenders & french fries were hot & delicious &, as always, the chips & salsa were SO GOOD! I wish, honestly, that my experience at Chili’s could be this good every time! I was IMPRESSED!!

This Chilis location is great. Jules provided great service during our visit. She was friendly, efficient, kept our drinks filled, and got us seated quickly. She also made sure the team came over to sing happy birthday for my friend, which we appreciated.
