Chili’s Grill & Bar, January 24, 2026 at 8:11pm ⚠️ Warning: when you sat down at the waiting area please watch your back they need to put up signs. Because I hit my back & her husband hit his back also & a couple of other people did to!!! Me & my daughter & her best friend & her husband & their son we all came here for dinner & it was our first time here so the two young ladies at the front counter said that they had a booth ready but I had asked for a table instead because it’s easier for me so they said you had to wait so we did almost 30 minutes & there was an (empty table) in the corner when we had gotten there no one was using it! So they ending up putting us there after people was coming & going. The food was delicious & tasty & the service was ok at our table! ⭐ for seating & ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐’s for the food & ⭐⭐⭐’s for service (looking for a servicer for refills) Thank You

We visited this location at the height of dinner time during the week. We were thankful there wasn’t a wait for a table. We were seated quickly, and our server Ashleigh immediately welcomed us and took our drink orders. As we ordered, she made menu suggestions to complement our orders. She was very attentive through the entire meal.

We were shocked at how quickly our first course came out after we ordered. The timing for the delivery of the whole meal was spot on!

All the items we ordered were delicious. The salad was crisp and fresh, the chips were warm and the salsa was cold. Our entrees, sirloin steaks with loaded mashed potatoes and corn, were prepared well and were bursting with flavor. The molten chocolate cake was a great finish to the meal.

We truly had FANTASTIC SERVICE from the time we arrived to the time we left.

We highly recommend this location.

Had a pleasant dining experience at Chili’s. The ambience is ideal for family group gatherings. Service is great. Short wait time and bottomless refills. The surf and turf plate was the best way to end a long day at work. Their steaks are also tender and juicy. Satisfied customer.

We did a lot of eat out while staying in Leemore, my brother in law wanted to try Chili’s since it’s been a long time since he tried. Service was super friendly, but all the food was very salty. (then I remembered when my husband and I tried Chili’s in Roseville, where we live, food was kinda salty to our taste) the food portions were huge, never saw $10 lunch menu being that huge, it comes with very decent size of soup too
Personally, I think their food will pair better with beer or alcohol drinks since they are pretty salty.

First off the waitress was a little rude, she had dirty dishes in her hands and stops to ask if i was ready to order. I expected her to drop the dishes than come take my order but no she wanted me to order then and now, then i ordered a corona and a steak with white cheddar Mac n cheese and frys. After 10 minutes the waitress forgot to bring my beer. Then my steak was flavorless it was supposed to have garlic butter and the Mac n cheese was watery. If I go out and spend over $100 dollars I expect better.

Sat at the bar area, was hoping to have a relaxing happy hour. Well there was a booth with crying kids next to bar. Suggestion don’t seat kids next to bar, it’s supposed to be a whole other atmosphere. With that said the old timer burger was delicious, fries on point. I enjoyed the strawberry lemonade a lot. The 3onMe option is afford for $10.99. Chips and salsa plate is huge but salsa is mid, more like tomato sauce. Hit and miss but enjoyed the food overall

Our servers were great for the most part. I had the habenero wings as an appetizer. Boneless isn’t my go to, but bone in is too expensive nowadays. Solid wings, no complaints. My issue was the ribeye I ordered. I specifically asked how the steaks are here, and was told they are generally cooked as requested with no issues. I requested medium rare, and got well done. I’d be okay if it was a medium, and a medium well would be pushing it, however I’d tolerate it. Getting well done was just disappointing.

Update 1/21/23
Joined the Rewards program, figured a small snack of chips and salsa would do nicely.

The Rewards app gave us a free skillet queso with an entre order.

The queso was as expected, having come from a bag shipped across country. Not a very pleasant taste. But to each their own. Orders the chicken strips with french fries and corn on the cob. Will not make that mistake again. 1. The corn was water logged, the chicken saturated with sweet sauce with not crisp, and the fries were under cooked.

It seemed like the server was handling the entire bar area, as well as bartending. He was busy, yet polite, and attentive.

Used the Presto video system to pay. Look at the last picture, absolutely disgusting. Dried, aged food remnants on the keypad.

Overall, the staff remains a constant, simply fantastic, but again the food just plain sucked.

This is not a place you gonto for good food, but mediocre fast *slow* food.

1. Sherry, our server was funny, attentive and extremely accommodating.
2. Bottomless chips and salsa.

Unfortunately, Chili’s has degraded its food quality over the years. We ordered the Sampler, specifically for the Southwestern Rolls. As we all know, nothing is hand prepared, but brought in frozen.

When the cooking staff realized the filling for the rolls was missing, they should have tossed them and started over. Yet not a single cook or server paid attention. The server was not Sherry, but a runner.

Huge disappointment. Lastly, I believe a customer should be greeted by the best the restaurant has, as the host/hostess is the face of the establishment and a first impression. Apparently, dress codes are no longer a thing. However, nepotism is.

If an establishment can refuse service and enforce a customer dress code, then the employees should be held to the same and or higher standard.

The last picture is food waiting to be picked up by Uber Eats, needless to say, that food was sitting there for quite sometime
