The chicken and shrimp fajitas were ok, but the place is kind of a dump. The bar area has benches that are beyond torn up, the electronic checkout machine on the table was so dirty I didn’t want to even touch it, and the plexiglass between the restaurant and the bar was filthy. My corn tortillas were stale and dry and just fell apart when you picked them up. But good margaritas and great chips and salsa, although now they charge you for the chips.

Worst food, service and wasn’t clean. The hostess was not in Chili’s gear wearing a UCSB sweater. Put a family of 5 in the bar area. Not kid friendly. They seem to be annoyed by a four-year-old but they’re the ones that put us in a bar area was dead not busy.

Located inside of a shopping plaza with a large variety of shops and food choices. The service was great and the food was on point. We were checked on several times by our waitress for drink refills and anything else requested. The hostess could use a little training. She never made eye contact, never greeted us, and never gave us a children’s menu for my daughter. I had to ask for one and we couldn’t hear anything she said. Not a great first impression.

If there were negative stars, i would give it to this place. This is the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. First off, the place is dirty. The open ceiling is dusty and dirty. Trash and napkins on the floor. And it keeps getting worse.

Our waitress was very nice and also attentive. Our food tasted great starting with the fresh chips and guacamole, followed by Just the Bacon Burger. I ordered a Stella Artois and my brother ordered the good beer.

Very loud at the bar (ok it’s a bar)and customer service could be better. Seem though we were a burden to our waitress. Plus food order was incorrect(side dishes) scared to send food back. My first time to a Chili’s went there after wife said she had a good experience at a different location. May not be my first choice next time in the area.
