This is our second dine in with the family, being the first was on my birthday. We were happy to be seated once and for all by the same waitress. Her name is Stephanie. She made a very good impression the first time and can say the same for this evening. She’s very friendly, professional and always has a smile on her face. Also impressed with her memory and remember exactly the first time we’ve visited.

The mix and match trio came with seared steak, shrimp and cut up chicken breast. Everything was tasty except for the chicken which was less flavorful and a little dry.

The Caribbean salad came with shrimp, mandarin, dried cranberries, red bell peppers, green onions, cilantro and sliced pineapples. The honey-lime dressing has the right amount of sweetness and acidity. I would recommend to separate the sauce as when the salad was served, the veggies came soft and lost its crisp.

The Santa Fe burger was off the hook. The meat was tender and juicy.

From the time we ordered the food, we only waited a little over 10 minutes, which I think was done in comparatively little time.

I have to say that all the staff in this pub are customer-friendly, inclined to help and make you feel welcome. Kendall, for example, has been very good with our mango drink, which we order to-go almost everyday of the week.

We’ll sure pay a visit again next time.

Took a quick stop after a movie on Sat to get some grub. Wait was only a couple of minutes (table for 1) was nice to get a Salad, burger, fries and drink and a margarita for less than $23.00. The staff was on point, refills were quick and food was hot and on time! Waitress was awesome, she was very kind and energetic. Floor manager (I’m guessing grey shirt) was also engaged. Will be back for sure.

Chili’s food quality, taste and portions are great! It is our go to spot for when we want ensure a good experience. Their fajitas, 3 for me, Texas cheese fries and the list goes on. The staff is a pleasure. Go try them out for yourself!

Andre the busboy is the ONLY reason this review has ANY stars at all. He was friendly, quick, efficient. and very affable. Our waitress (Amanda) doesn’t seem understand that appetizers come BERORE the meal and not WITH it. Drinks weren’t refilled, and were it not for Andre the busboy, we would have gone completely without any service at all. Really disappointing as we really appreciate the reasonable prices but when the service is bad and the food has to be remade, it’s really rather pointless. This is my 2nd (and last time) here. I won’t be back nor will I recommend it to anyone. BTW Andre needs a raise AND a promotion. Amanda needs to be retrained. *They finally brought the soup -along with the food. It was cold. I asked for a new bowl (they charged me for but to their credit AFTER I pointed it out adjusted the bill) They forgot to bring the new hot soup until AFTER the meal was over and I had reminded them several times. I honestly have no words other than – great prices, good location, but really bad service completely kills any desire to return or recommend.

The food was okay overall, but definitely not the best. The steak was chewy and had quite a bit of fat, although the mashed potatoes and green beans were good. The chips were a little salty, but still enjoyable. Service time was surprisingly quick, which I appreciated. My chips and salsa (with water) was given to me extremely fast after ordering.

Unfortunately, the alcohol drinks I had were a major letdown. I tried the new margarita freeze with strawberry, which just wasn’t my type, and the Deep Eddy Strawberry Lemonade, which I usually love, was so extremely sour, it was almost unbearable. I couldn’t even finish either.

Cleanliness was also very disappointing. My seat, table, and menus were sticky, and my knife wasn’t clean nor ‘polished. On top of that, the restroom was in terrible condition.’ The smell was bad, surfaces didn’t look wiped down, the toilet seats had residue on them, and there was toilet paper hanging off the stalls. I actually ended up getting sick after my meal, which I’ve never experienced at any other restaurant.

I usually tip 25–30%, but because of this experience I only left 20%. That said, I want to note that my server Isabella did a great job. She was very fast, efficient, and friendly, and none of this was her fault. She handled her role very well despite the circumstances.

I work in the restaurant industry myself, so I understand things aren’t always perfect, but this was unfortunately the worst experience I’ve had dining out…

This place was an upset! I phoned in a take out order and was put on hold for 15 minutes. My thought was to eat in since I was 5 mins away from arriving to pick it up but only to learn they only do take out on that day. So, I went with my original plan, I placed my order to go. The place wasn’t too busy. My food arrived in a timely manner. I got home and opened my dinner and saw there was no chicken on my grilled chicken salad. I was so upset! My cup of chili was so greasy, I soaked some of the grease with a napkin but still greasy. I couldn’t eat it. I called to complain and again was placed on hold for a while. I hung up and called back. They offered to start over or a refund. Give me a refund I stated. I won’t ever visit that Chili’s again!

The worst Chili’s I have ever been to. Staff is very rude, disrespectful, dismissive, and unprofessional. The manager Dani is even worse which is probably why the staff acts the way they do. Way to make Chili’s look bad

This place was very refreshing loved the staff very friendly came in for happy hour and dinner. Lots of specials. I got the 2 for 25$ so with it. Loved my Margaritas. Definitely will be back.
