My wife and I had a really enjoyable time here for the first night of our vacation. We had made the journey from San Diego and stopped along the way here for some food and drink. Well needed pit stop with great service and home comfort food. Will definitely be back. Men’s toilets were in a bit of a state (my only negative) – perhaps a more regular cleaning schedule needed.

We arrived and we were told it was a 10 minute wait. Meanwhile, they proceeded to seat 3 more parties that arrived after us. I went to the from to see what the issue was. “Oh, you’re not on the list. Sorry. ” We finally got seated right at the kitchen door. We placed our order. Our appetizers and drinks came. My granddaughters food came. We waited…. waited… waited… the waiter comes to the table and says, “I’m so sorry, your food order never went in. Would you like a free dessert?” Never again.

Never been to this location we were greeted by the manager very friendly liked his vibe. Our server in the lounge area James took a while to take our order. Not to mention did forget to give us our chips while he was refilling very ones else chips. We got them 3 mins after our food. Vibes wasn’t all there from him on our end. Nor did we get refill on our soda. Have to ask for a to go soda to get soda.

We haven’t to this Chilis in like 3 years due to the service before. But we decided to give it try today! And me and husband loved the service they were super quick, food came out delicious, all the managers on duty were excellent. Bell was our server, she was very excellent & kind!!

This is my favorite Chili’s location , their service is excellent the food is delicious and the price is more than reasonable. I’ve never had a issue , wait times have always been less than 30 mins for seating and less than 15 for our order to come out which is impressive in my opinion. I highly recommend this chili’s location management is on point with everything.

Symone’s customer service was great! The food was really good as well. All employees were really nice upon walking in and greeting. But Symone was very knowledgeable with the menu and she was extremely friendly. Would definitely come back 🙂

I love ❤️ the food from here, the best restaurant ever. My favorite meal from Chili’s is the smoked house combo since it has barbecue rips, fries , chicken crispers, Mexican street corn, & garlic toast. I like the strawberry lemonade. My favorite dessert is the chocolate molten lava cake . The chocolate molten lava cake is the dessert ever.
