Been going to this location since it opened, haven’t been here in quite a while. Family time out with my girls and had a wonderful time. The staff is very organized, fast, friendly and everything was perfect. Literally, not one complaint or thing I’d improve! We had other food, but I didn’t take pics. I love the 3 for me deal, such a steal!

My parents love coming here. The food and service is always what they expect. We enjoyed our experience the other day for lunch, the menu seems more directly associated with dinner and it would have been nice to have more unique lunch options. I ordered the Rib Combo, which was a fantastic value. The ribs were tender and flavorful, and the mac and cheese was creamy and comforting—both were standout items I’d definitely order again.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant, and a huge part of that was thanks to our server, Nick. From the moment we sat down, he was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive without ever feeling intrusive. Nick had great menu knowledge and gave recommendations that were spot-on—he seemed to know exactly what we’d like. Throughout the meal he checked in at the perfect times, kept our drinks filled, and made sure everything arrived just the way we asked. What really stood out was his personality. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole dining experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. It’s rare to find a server who balances efficiency and hospitality so well, but Nick nailed it. If you visit, I definitely recommend asking for Nick. He’s the kind of server who turns a simple dinner into a memorable night out.

Waited to long for my food and when it finally got there it was cold. My mash potatoes were supposed to have toppings and didn’t have any so took another ten minutes to make that. And it’s not even full mind you I came in around 9.
I had three different servers and all of them kept forgetting what I asked for and my order was wrong. Gave no napkins, no straws didn’t refill our drinks. There Was a whole party of 13 having a loud birthday party which I guess it fine but if staff is busy caring for on party then why isn’t there more workers? Then the party bought a cake and used candles close to the smoke detector and manager and staff just sat there and watched not even caring about the fact that there was about 12 candles on a small cake which is a hazard if there’s papers near open flame. Atmosphere was loud and annoying. If you want a small simple dinner don’t come here most of the items on the menu are fried. Food was unseasoned a steal over cooked and dry. So many screens playing the same thing would like so variety and drinks are mediocre they don’t even mix in the syrup so if you forget you literally drink a whole clump nasty! Forgot to mention I found in my food but took care of that immediately.

I loved the beautiful menu items very good plating and service was excellent,friendly atmosphere very peaceful to enjoy . We went on our wedding anniversary and it was wonderful and worth it . Definitely worth 5 stars had chicken Alfredo , chicken quesadillas and hubby had a huge burger with house fries and appetizers were delicious. Great job will be recommending to everyone. Great job Chili’s.

Seth, was our server, excellent service! Kitchen staff made it happen.. unfortunately, someone threw the ice tea out before we left. They should have waited until the dinning hall was cleared, instead of deciding on their own. Maybe because they wanted leave on time. We stayed till closing. Seth, was even willing to make more tea for us. But we declined his good gesture. So four stars. BTW, the cook who made our food, thank you!

My husband and I have had nothing but fantastic experiences at this specific Chilis. I can’t lie, I used to feel like the kindness was fake, but honestly every single time we come its been met with the same kindness. Since this is our closest location we come pretty often for drinks and a burger after a long day, and the crew is just so wonderful. Whoever their hiring manager is needs a raise. I forget one of the guys we had a year ago, but he was the absolute best waiter I’ve ever seen. We had Demarco tonight and he also was lovely! Great, great job — you deserve 5 stars!!
