The food was absolutely amazing – hands down some of the best Mexican cuisine I’ve tasted in the area. The fajitas were sizzling, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The fresh avocado sauce was the highlight – creamy, rich, and bursting with flavor. Every bite was satisfying, and you could tell the ingredients were fresh and carefully prepared.
Customer service was top-notch. Our waiter was exceptional, not only attentive and helpful but also fun and engaging, which made the experience even more enjoyable. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and connected with us on a personal level. It really felt like they cared about making our visit special.
The restaurant itself was well-maintained and accessible. I appreciated the excellent handicap accessibility, which made the visit smooth and stress-free. The only downside was the washroom, it was a bit outdated and could have been cleaner. While this didn’t take away from the overall experience, a little attention to the restroom would make a noticeable difference.
All in all, Chili’s exceeded expectations. Great food, amazing service, and a fun atmosphere, I’ll definitely be returning for another round of fajitas and that delicious avocado sauce!
I wouldn’t make it a point to return.
My server was super friendly and attentive, even taking the time to go over the menu and share some recommendations. The restaurant was spotless, including the bathrooms, which I really appreciated. Overall, the service, food, and vibe were all on point. This might just be my new go-to spot — highly recommend this location!
The burger was inedible, with a rock solid flat bun. It was burnt and cracker like. The meat patty wasn’t at all the Chili’s usual, it felt wrong.
The chicken tenders were stale and also super hard. The amount of salt in the sauce felt like it could kill you.
The manager with the shaved head and pony tail does nothing but scroll on his phone at the front.
We ordered 2 items and waited around 50 mins for our food to come. Our waiter was very nice and kept apologizing.
We were able to see the manager from where we sat. The manager was on his phone the whole time. The manager never once walked to the kitchen to help manage the tickets, they also never came to our table to apologize or help the employees. The manager didn’t seem to care that people were sitting with no food for 30 mins+.
The waitstaff did manage to come by and fill our drinks though. I feel bad for the hard waitstaff here. There is poor management. It seems the kitchen was backed up for whatever reason, and putting out inedible food with long wait times.
I will never come here again.
Cajun pasta is always our go to at Chili’s, along with the guacamole and salsa chips.
Drinks:
The casa amigos margarita was disgusting, but the watermelon margarita was good.
Service/Ambiance:
This location has only inside seating and they usually aren’t busy. No need for reservations. Service, and the speed of service was average.
