This has always been a nice place.No matter what city you go to , you can always find a great snack, (shout out to Eternity/bartender @ Montclair Plaza location: amazing!) but other staff…questionable. DO NOT SIT AT BOOTH NEAR SERVICE DOOR, seems certain staff like stop there to break? borderline rude/disrespectful as heck! Laugh and talk [block big screens] with and take care of staff that come on their day off, better than they do customers. Spoke to management but I guess matters more than ✌ here not one of them asked if i needed anything and seem to increase coming bye to check on off duty worker…. it was ok a time uggggh. #SuperbowlSunday

Same great Chili’s quality as everywhere else and the same great service, Chili’s always delivers! We went specifically for fries and fried mozzarella, which we love. The cheese pull on the regular fried mozzarella is crazy good, but the crunch and flavor on both were actually excellent. The Texas fries are also just plain perfection; absolutely love them. Overall, Chili’s is great, and this location was no different.

We had a great experience at Chili’s! Even though there’s usually a bit of a wait on a Friday night, our server DeMarko made everything absolutely wonderful for me and my kiddos. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure our drinks were always full. Our food came out quickly, and he really helped make the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated his great service and will definitely be back!

I had such a great experience at Chili’s! Our server, Jesus, was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. My mom and I hadn’t hung out in a few months, so we just wanted a quick bite, a comfortable place to sit, and time to catch up. Jesus was incredibly attentive from the moment we sat down.
He quickly picked up on the fact that we spoke Spanish, and since my mom’s first language is Spanish, she sometimes struggles with English. Without hesitation, he spoke to both of us in Spanish, making ordering so much easier. More importantly, it put my mom at ease, which meant a lot.
At one point, my mom asked for coffee, but they didn’t have any ready. Instead of just saying no, they went out of their way to brew a fresh pot just for us, which we really appreciated. Our food also came out quickly, and everything was delicious.
I’ll be honest—Chili’s has never been my first pick, but after this experience, that has definitely changed. The combination of great food and outstanding service will keep me coming back. To top it off, I forgot my glasses at the table, and as we were about to drive away, Jesus ran out to return them. That small but thoughtful gesture truly made my night.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience, and I will absolutely be back soon!

They always have more than enough parking at a chili’s. We got seated quick and we ordered one of their bucket drinks. It was more sugar than anything and very watered down for a drink. The sizzler deal isn’t too bad since the appetizer we got was actually really good, the main dish was the disappointing part. It looks great on ads and everywhere, but to see it in person is just really sad. I tried their watermelon margaritas drink and that one was actually pretty good if you do the spicy and smoky add ons so you gotta pay extra to have a good drink. Wait time weren’t bad and the staff is pretty nice as well.

I came here on a busy saturday night and the staff was amazing. You can see everyone working hard to get people seated and fed. My wife and i got a few things off the menu and everything was excellent. So flavorful and freshly made! Keep up the great work chilis in montclair!!

This Chills has an amazing staff. From the time I walked in I was greeted and sat immediately. The server Ryan was extremely nice, prompt and made lunch enjoyable. The rest of the support staff was great as well. I’m not local to the area but will for sure drive back to this location. To the manager, Keep up the great work. The staff is a reflection of great leadership.

We were out with a friend who frequents the restaurant & enjoys the fare so we decided to visit. This was our first experience of a Chili’s restaurant.
The atmosphere was nothing special but then again, we were hungry & were there to try something different for dinner. Servers were friendly & attentive & the food was exceptional.
There were no issues with accessibility from plenty of handicapped parking to the entrance & restrooms. An added bonus was an inside “parking space” for our wheelchair!
