Everyone here is incredibly friendly, and the service is top-notch.
Benji was exceptional. He was attentive, hardworking, and so positive that it truly made my experience even better. Seeing how dedicated he was honestly made me feel good.

I got the be honest, it has been a while but we wanted to try their mozzarella sticks, we for both regular and Nashville. The cheese pull was impressive, the Nashville hot wasn’t that hot but it was tasty, dunk’em in ranch to cut back a little but they are fine, or throw them in a burger for extra crunch. They were busy but we sat right away and everyone was pleasant, we haven’t heard restaurants do the birthday songs table side in a while, glad to see they still do it here.

The waiter had a attitude. The food was terrible. It took very long for the food to be served. The soup was not hot at all, room temperature at best. We traveled from the Chili’s in Downey because they were so packed in Downey. The Downey Chili’s always has friendly service, not like this location.

Yesterday, I returned to this place after several months of not going, and the truth we had an ugly experience with the food, my ribs are hard and very dry, the food my daughter ate which was the trio, the chicken super dry and had no flavor, and the shrimp hard and tasteless, we asked to speak with the Manager, and we were told that she was talking on the phone, and we waited for more than 20 minutes for the Manager to come to us, and she NEVER CAME, the waiter told us, give me the check and pay me, which obviously we were going to pay, we just wanted to talk to the Manager to let her know that the food we had eaten was horrible, it was the cook’s fault. The service was bad, they didn’t even give us silverware. Honestly, WE WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS PLACE ANYMORE, I prefer to go to Buena Park, there if they give us good service and the food is better.

Met my friends here hoping to surprise the Wicked drinks since they’re big fans. Drinks were poured in regular cups and no wands which was False advertisement and we weren’t informed. Upon arrival they asked how many guests and we said 4, they gave us 2 utensils and also no plates for our appetizers. Service was blah. Food was yummy. Would have also been nice of a heads up on the drinks ahead of time and we would have not ordered them

Honestly, I stopped by here because I hadn’t been to Chili’s in so long and I was due for another visit!
I came in here on New Years Day and the wait was only about 15 minutes! Not too bad at all!
The restaurant itself is very clean and the staff are very friendly! They also have plenty of TV screens and a nice bar area that I recommend hanging out at to watch a game!
I ordered the Cajun Chicken Pasta and it was delicious with a triple dipper platter for an appetizer! The people I visited with also enjoyed their meals and they had the fajitas!

Originally sat us at a tiny table for 2 so we asked to move to a bigger booth. Somehow we got forgotten after ordering. Not the original nor the new waitress ever returned. We had to ask a random person for a to go plate and paid on the pad. Food was good.

Busy restaurant on a Saturday night. I like sitting at the bar tables. It’s always packed there and they have 4 big TVs going. Came here after a long day of running errands and didn’t want to cook at home. Food is good. Drinks were good but the glassware was inconsistent. I had a cosmopolitan and 2 of their margaritas that should’ve been served in those larger martini glasses like in the picture on the menu. The bartender did let me know that they were all in use so my first 2 drinks were served in different glass sizes. I finally got the right glass on the 3rd drink! Yay!

I went here with my partner because we haven’t had Chili’s in a minute and the food was good, great portions, and the server was nice. Also we got to try the Wicked cocktails. I personally preferred Elphab’s drink over Glinda’s. My man said Glinda’s drink was better because he couldn’t really taste the alcohol vs Elphaba’s drink where you could taste a little more alcohol.
