Went on a Sunday night around 8:30pm and was seated immediately. Even though it was busy, we were served quickly and our orders came out fast! The food was delicious too! Will be coming back.

Went there on Labour Day and was disappointed as they had ran out of their famous baby back roads, egg rolls and steak. And we were there at 7pm!!
Still had a good time and we had the usual nachos, quesadillas, Texas fries, molten chocolate cake & wings.

I went during lunch time. Inside wasn’t too crowded, plenty parking. My waiter was incredible, all the staff I interacted with were great. My food on the other hand was not as great. A positive point is I ordered a soup and I had it in front of me before I finished ordering my meal. I asked for my steak to be cooked medium rare and it was cooked well done.

Honestly, it was a solid pick for being a chain restaurant. The staff was friendly. Most of the food was tasty. Only the sliders and mac & cheess were meh. Side note: Not worse than the BJ’s in Torrance.

Waited 20 minutes to even be able to order because I dont have the app. Waited another 20 minutes to get the food. All of which is fine but when we got back to our room after just arriving from the airport and wanting to relax we found that some of our food was missing. Called the store and the only option they would give us was to come back to the restaurant and get what they forgot. That was the only fix they had and 9pm at night it wasn’t going to happen, Drive another 30 minutes back and forth after already parking and getting checked in and comfortable in our room. Didn’t even get a genuine apology that we are out what we paid for. At least the food we did have was good or I would have been even more pissed.

Our waitress was Martha and she was training Laylannie ,(Spell Check) They were so sweet and caring- A part of the order was late but they fixed it in a hurry and was so nice and gracious about getting our order correct. Thank you.A concern that I do have is that there aren’t many afro Americans working in this location and I’m wondering why they are not being hiring afro Americans at this location. They’re probably there but, I haven’t seen any when I came in the evening. Other than that, I would like to see more diversity at this location.

It’s started off horrible and this was my sign to walk out. My nephew said he want stay and dine. May 8. 2024 around 6:30 the hostess walked up and asked how many in your party? No hello, no welcome! Stone face. She tossed the menus on the table and walked away. Martha was our server and all can say is this place needs a serious rehab on customer service. The customer service here is the lowest I’ve ever experience. It’s no wonder why the rating is low. I had to ask for water over and over. The food had absolutely no flavor. The woman’s bathroom had no hand soap no paper towels, no hand dryer. For the flavorless food and the price of the food such matches. This best thing I can say about this location is free parking. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!

It’s takes a lot for me to still give a place 5 stars after a bad start, but the phenomenal service from Jazmine at the bar side was worth keeping that 5 stars. She was phenomenal! Her repertoire with customers made us feel so welcomed. She was so attentive even with a full house. Drinks came quickly our food order was entered as soon as she saw we were ready. It felt like she knew instantly, that skill is why I know I’ll be returning. Definitely made what would have been a nice experience to an excellent visit.

I was here last weekend on 1/25/26 to dine after the Twice concert that was held at the Inglewood Stadium, I had forgotten my wallet here after dinner and was on my way back to my hometown 2 hours away. I gave them a call and confirmed they still had my wallet but refused to ship it to me so it forced me to drive 2 hours back to get my wallet. To my surprise all my money from my wallet was gone, I had a 100$ bill in my wallet and now it was nowhere to be found. I demanded to see video evidence on who found my wallet and who may have possibly stolen my money out of my wallet. They refused then escorted me out. This is the scummiest restaurant and staff I have ever dealt with, I will never be back at this location and will be filing a police report.
