Good service here by the bartender. We sat at the bar this time. The burger tasted great but the Mac and cheese needs more time in the microwave. The Mac is stale but edible if hungry enough.

Food is borderline inedible. Extremely salty and low quality meats. Asian waitress with the tatoos and face mask is absolutely miserable. She should just quit the service industry or be fired at this point. Felt like she gave white customers preferential treatment and didn’t check on us once. Felt extremely unwelcome and rushed to leave the restaurant.

My boyfriend and I bought two drinks here. the bartender was definitely racist. Since the beginning he had no hospitality
.when we ordered two more drinks he said no go to the other bar around the corner. He wasn’t satisfied with his first tip it hurt his ego or something.. he treated the white ppl next to us so much nicer. Definitely not worth the experience. To top it off we were celebrating a birthday

Came here for a quick bite before my flight, ordered a carbonated water for my drink. They charged me $5 for water then tried to convince me that carbonated water is the same as club soda. …. Mind you this was a CUP of water….A CUP…not a bottle…at CHILI’S…. I’m not sure if this bartender was a new or something …..but unless you have mineral infused water running through your bar pipes you are stealing from your customers…and you’re serving carbonated water. Either train your people or higher more knowledge bartenders..bc none of that made any sense what so ever. Do better! Unacceptable…… picture with the comparison attached for reference! I still tipped 5 bucks… But I shouldn’t have

For a restaurant this popular, I expected much better service. The hostess was dismissive, made no eye contact, and spoke in a rude tone. It felt as though guests who were not Caucasian were treated differently, which made the experience even more disappointing. Every customer deserves to feel welcomed and respected.

Although some other reviews mention that their food came quick.. I had the exact opposite experience. From the time I placed my order until the time I got my food (a burger and fries), it took over 50 minutes.
I was very grateful that I had given myself so much time at the airport prior to my flight because otherwise I may have had to ditch my food (considering it’s a fast food option).
What bothered me the most about this was that there was no one ahead of me in queue. I was the only one at the register when I ordered and there was no one else waiting for food. Following me, there ended up being ~15 people waiting for food since I had ordered. I’m not sure if something happened to their equipment in the kitchen, but there was no communication about the status of our orders.
Long wait aside, the food was good. Nothing to write home about, but it was a good burger. The fries were pretty lack-lustre. They were kind of flimsy and didn’t have much of a crunch to them. I prefer a fry with a little more rigidity, personally.
Given the circumstances I experienced here, I would not go back to this location. I’m sure if my food hadn’t taken over 50 minutes I would have a different opinion, but again, there was no lineup and no communication.

Service was wonderful and food came out quick. They had a full bar. The menu was quite limited, but we cannot expect too much being in the airport. Even in the dining area, all the food came out in to go boxes regardless. Food was decent tasting.

We recently ate here waiting for an AA flight back to NC. Service was excellent as were the drinks. Food was ok enough. Good place to waste 1-1.5 hours waiting if you don’t have lounge access or the lounge is backed up as usual
