I hadn’t been to Chili’s in about 15 years, but someone swore their Double Ranch Burger was life-changing—so of course, I had to investigate. Verdict? They weren’t lying! That burger was so good I briefly considered proposing to it. Hands down, the best burger in town. The only downside was our server vanished like a magician and never refilled our drinks. Still, I’ll absolutely be back… hydration or not.

What a lame response. Almost as lame as your management. I actually came to your store for a job interview and she left me sitting there for 55 minutes after saying she would be there in just a minute. That’s beside the point when you order order a nachos for $16 you shouldn’t have half the chips bare. Your restaurant has been getting worse and worse. I definitely would not want to work in there under that woman. You can keep your condolences I won’t eat at your place again. I’m just letting you know how poor your service is and the quality of your food.
And I couldn’t believe that woman was the store manager. She look like she should be running a carnival.
Your new chicken nachos are absolutely terrible. Who told you it was a good idea to put bacon and ranch on nachos. Bring your classic nachos back because the new ones suck. Should there be this many chips without anything on them? I want my money back!

Had to wait 30 minutes past the time order was supposed to be ready for pickup.
Fries were cold and soggy, burger was burnt and soggy.
My meal and my wife’s meal were both inedible!
No one answers the phone when trying to call the restaurant.

Overall the bartenders and servers are awsome. Maria the manager sure does know how to run a store she is perfect for the spot she has. The hole chili’s crew is awsome makes for a wonderful time there..

Wasn’t impressed by the lack of service. I watched a man doing his best to be friendly and engage the waitress as she refused him service because he didnt tip her well before. In spite of my best efforts to let it go and enjoy the experience after recieving my food and 1 drink the waitress never returned for follow up ir to see if anything was needed.. Wild to see this places service standard plummet so drastically. I won’t be returning..

We stopped at Chili’s for lunch in Carlsbad, New Mexico. We haven’t been to a Chili’s in many years. We will definitely be going again very soon. We place an order online and picked it up in the restaurant. The employees are very friendly and attentive. Our food was ready very quickly which made me a bit skeptical but it was hot, fresh and delicious. I ordered the Mushroom and Swiss burger with french fries. Yummy! The burger was massive and it was hot and fresh and it didn’t have any pink, just the way I like it. I ate half and have half for later. The burger was very flavorful and the fries were hot and salted perfectly. My husband ordered the Old timer Burger without cheese no lettuce and no onions and everything was correct. He enjoyed his burger and ate almost all of it. He also ordered a bowl of chili which was too spicy for him but I really enjoyed it! They packed utensils complete with napkins, salt and pepper. I’m not sure why we haven’t been to a Chili’s in all this time but this experience will make us go again. I do recommend this location as everything was perfect. The price was on point also. We are traveling in our RV and the parking lot is large enough for us to get in and out easily.

Delicious food, great service, but the music was a tad too loud to hold a conversation comfortably. Food great, definitely up to the Chili’s standard. Try this location, I’m sure you’ll like it! Also, a full bar for those dining individually and wish to be seated immediately during business hours, or for the sports enthusiasts who wish to enjoy a nice cold drink and watch sports. Maybe even make a friend! Highly recommend

I ordered a burger and asparagus. Now I question the health and safety of their food.
The asparagus was expired, yellow, wrinkled and attempted to hide it with way to much seasoning. It needed to be thrown out days ago, I can’t believe they let this leave there kitchen.
The burger was so over cooked and hard I had to cut the top and bottom off the patty to eat it. Dry, hard, horrible quality.
The burger temp was cold. If I was in the restaurant I would have sent it back.
I watched the food go straight into the Togo container and to me. Walked less than 5 minutes to my hotel room. Not enough time to chill a burger.

Three choice appetizer was awesome! We got 2 sets sliders and 3 chicken stripe. Staff were so eager to help us out. Food was fun and yummy. Great to have this in Carlsbad! We had takeout from the app so could eat at hotel after long day, yum!
