The chicken is cold. The peppers are cold. The beans are cold. The rice is cold. The tortillas are cold. There is nothing in this meal that was hot. Everything on this entire order was ice cold I am very disappointed in this purchase.

Stood at the reception desk for 5 mins. Passed by at least 4 employees and ignored each time. I don’t know what it is with chilis these days( second time I have had this experience), but maybe it’s just time for them to close shop – because they certainly don’t understand customer service. Won’t be surprised when I hear they are going out of business.

They waitress that took care of us was the best.
Benito was not a fan of his salad quesadilla explosion salad.
It looked dry the quesadillas looked like they were from the night before.
My plate was pretty good. We ended up sharing it.
And we were lucky we got their on time befire it got packed.

I met my daughter and grandsons for lunch on Saturday. Service was Exceptional ♥️♥️♥️. Food was Great. Not too busy, and nice and calm room. I skittle disappointed that my favorite entree was no longer on the menu. I sure hope they bring my Shrimp tacos back
