Even though it was packed, we were sitting as quickly as possible. Server Kaylee was funny as can be even with dealing with a group of dumb teenagers.

The waitress had a big smile. She greeted us with such kindness. We got the 2 for 10.99. I got a burger, salsa, and a soda. Be careful how you order 2 for 10.99. They will throw in the fries and you’ll have to pay extra for them. Which I didn’t mind doing. Only because the burger was soooo delicious everything was. But the burger was just too good. The meat wS made fresh and the ingredients they used made it taste, well you’ll have to go to Chili’s and try one or two or more burgers.

This place is cool. I always get served on time and bartender Kaylee is always making sure that I have my food and drinks. Plus, she makes sure I am always well hydrated. I appreciate a responsible bartender. I recommend this place because Kaylee and the staff have excellent service.

Terrible costumer service from the order over the phone to the pick up in store. First off I ordered a couple extra ranches which I didn’t get. She didn’t repeat my order so I didn’t know she didn’t get it. Then I go to pick up my order im using gift cards and cash. The girl swipes the gift cards on the credit card machine and turns the credit card machine toward me. No instructions. So I’m like what am I supposed to push i gave a gift card not a credit card. Then she tells me I need the gift card receipt to activate the gift card because they’re not working. So I get out of line and go call the person that gifted me the cards and they don’t have the receipt because they bought a bunch at once and server the receipt to Washington state with the rest. So I go over to counter again and decide to pay cash. The manager is there so I all for a refund of the gift cards since I’ll never be able to use them without the receipt. The manager looks puzzled and swipes it on my order on a totally different machine than the first girl did. Low and behold they work. Maybe a little training for the to go girls will help. My food was cold and terrible partially because I sat there for 10 to 15 mins trying to hunt down a receipt for something that I didn’t even need it for in the 1st place. The manager was terrific though. Waste of a gift card and cash won’t be going back for quite awhile.
