The visit went poorly. We waited around ten minutes before anyone spoke to us. The restaurant sat almost empty. Several servers talked to each other and ignored us. They looked annoyed we showed up.
We got told to wait for a server. No one came. I had to ask again. Staff showed no awareness or care.
Our server took the order and left right away. No check-ins during the meal. I asked twice for refills. I waited about twenty minutes. Another server finally helped.
Food was fine. Service ruined the visit.

My Server Chantal, is always amazing, nobody in the restaurant has more respect than her, she is very kind, she needs to be promoted… Chantal always takes care of me, everytime I come to chilis i genuinely do not want anyone too serve me but Chantal herself. On the other hand, I had an issue with my food, the manager Vyron came and replaced the food and removed it off my bill out of consideration, Vyron was very respectful and professional. Thank you Chantal and Vyron. Amazing staff, amazing people, very professional.

Dinner at Chili’s in Santa Fe, New Mexico was nothing short of a cinematic masterpiece. We walked in and—BOOM—seated immediately in a glorious, spacious booth like VIPs. Chantel, our server, entered the scene with peak friendliness and flawless vibes. The food arrived at lightning speed, hot, fresh, and so delicious it deserved a standing ovation. Not a single fry was cold. Not a single bite disappointed. Honestly, the entire team crushed it. Huge thank you to Chantel and everyone at Chili’s for turning dinner into an absolute event.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I come here way too often and it’s always a great experience. My last two servers Chantal and Melisa were amazingggg. Super sweet and attentive. They don’t hover but are also always around so you don’t have to flag them down every time. I don’t leave reviews often but I love coming here.

Very fast greeting when I walked in, I asked for a table far from everyone and they allowed it. I appreciate and love this location. They are fast and most importantly respectful. Chantal (My Server) was absolutely amazing, respectful, and kind. I haven’t had a server like her before. Thank you Chantal.

Our server Chantal was the kindest! We were a party of 11 and showed up 30 minutes before they closed. The manager too reopened the bar for us! We all got out of work late and were saying goodbye to a coworker for her last day! Chantal and the rest of the team treated us so nice! The food was really tasty!!!
