Hadn’t been here in a while. We sat in the bar area and our server (Kaitlynn) was really great. We really liked her and she made the experience great for us. Food was good. We had one small issue which she was very gracious in helping us with. They have lots of specials. Monday is Happy Hour from 3 pm to close with $5 wine pours and $4 selected drafts.
They have a rewards program which gives you free chips and salsa on every visit or a free non-alcoholic drink. You can sign up on your first visit. It’s worth it! The portions were nicely sized. We will definitely come back to this Chili’s and hopefully get Kaitlynn as our server. 🙂

Service was absolutely amazing today! Clarissa was very nice and attentive and the manager Anthony came by and made sure our food was perfect. The smasher burger was so good!

Really hate leaving reviews like this but this is what you need to know. We gave it a chance again but this place failed. The trio was soggy rolls not crispy, the chicken was over soaked in the sweet sauce. The burgers were good but the bacon was packed fist full. This will be the last order for Chili’s. Good luck in the future as a chain

This time we came at about 12:30 during graduation week, so service started out a little slow but enthusiastic! I started with the watermelon tea which was pretty good. We got a “Three for me” and The “Smokehouse combo” with three choices. The potato soup came out first and it was wonderful. None of the tables had salt or pepper set out and the french fries and the new “Nashville Hot Chicken” crispers were just loaded with salt. Our waiter Shawn was great, service was slow. We ended up getting charged $6.29 for chips and salsa which was supposed to be free as “my rewards”. The manager assured me it was taken care of. This prevented a five-star rating.

Fun atmosphere at Chili’s as always. I got the 6 Oz sirloin with sides of street corn and loaded mashed potatoes. The steak was really good. Just the right size! The street corn was very good too and well seasoned. The loaded mashed potatoes tasted like there was a lot of sugar in them. Very strange. The service was good too very friendly.

I’ve never seen a place go so downhill so fast. This bar used to be filled nightly with regulars and friendly faces. The drink menu changed citing “We are all Paton now” what that really meant is increased prices and smaller drinks. This was a spot we went to weekly or twice a week. Now, we hardly go and after tonight I won’t go back
It’s not just us. Those that we used to see as regulars have disappeared too. Chilis needs to fire their 20 something marketing fool that is on course to land Chilis next to the rest of the failed companies. Good luck.

We arrived in four groups and were seated appropriately. Ordering was simple, selections described, and entered in a timely fashion. Chips and salsa followed drinks, and food was brought next. We were asked if anything was needed a those items appeared quickly.

My boyfriend and I stopped here on 7 Jan, after 6PM. We were seated immediately, but despite having some vacant tables, it was still quite busy.
Our server was great; she checked on us just enough, and was also helpful when it came to needing more information on a few items.
Although my boyfriend didn’t eat much of his meal, he liked it enough. My meal (Margarita Grilled Chicken, pictured) was the best I’d had of that dish, at any Chili’s location. We both enjoyed the chips and salsa (NOT complimentary) and the southwestern egg rolls; he enjoyed his margarita so much, he got another.
The restaurant was clean and well-lit, and the parking lot was large. This location was even better than the one closest to us, but as we were at the nearby theater before dinner, we ended up at this one. We’ll definitely be back!
