Best Chili’s in the state, great food, great service. My server Kai went above and beyond to see that my night was fantastic, and the manager Lisa was always on the floor running food and bussing tables to keep it smooth.

We love this location of Chilis. The outside is clean and well kept. Our favorite server is Keshia. She’s friendly with us and our kids, she keeps drinks full, she is calm with all types of people, and just helps you feel relaxed while you enjoy a dinner out to eat. In addition to Keshia – the front staff boys who seat people are on top of it and very respectful. The boys in front understand their job and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The manager we saw tonight stopped by and talked to us. She also helps the staff she manages. The manager works hard to help her staff and the customers who come in. Very good place to eat and dine. We always got on this location.

Wow! Wish I could give Jasper 10 stars, you can tell she really cares. Phenomenal service. The food was hot, the manager stopped by and made sure all was well, the Seahawks winning was the cherry on top! Favorite chilis in all of Abq!

My family came in and gotten seated immediately. The drinks came out exceptionally quick and same for the foods. One waitress was particularly interesting… However this kind older gentleman in a green shirt was extraordinarily curtious in his service I would eat here again for the food, and the kind man’s service.

So we ordered the deluxe chicken sandwich and got the regular sandwich..
Then my steak was good but usually the mashed potatoes come with cheese ans bacon, well I asked the server for the toppings and she didnt come back to table until we were done eating and still forgot… I wouldnt be irritated if there wasnt a total of 3 active tables on the whole side. my husband had no refills, while we were dining. I am just irritated at poor service..
Also my children’s pizza tasted off, like burnt smoke..

I stopped by to grab a bite and a beer and the bartender Austin his name was. He made it very friendly and welcoming and there was some rough customers and he handled it like a champ. Cut them off and told them to relax and respect us other parties and he made us feel respected

UPDATE AFTER “OWNER” RESPONDED:
1.12.26 Monday
After reading a response from the “owner” and they type they want to look into this further. So, I have to got out of my way for this cooperate company to look into horrible night when I was mistreated. Chilis Manager from that establishment should reach out to me.
I need to cut my losses and move on. I don’t need broken toys of that color in my life.

* The ONLY MEMORABLE part from this Chili’s; Are ALL the Regulars that I met; Jr. , & Anthony (you make me laugh). Thank you!
The Worst Experience Ever in my life. This night, the bartender Austin in Alb, NM was a little busy but still tending to other customers around me, & I felt ignored. Then, when I decide to leave he decides to charge me for something I didn’t order, we exchanged words on who was correct on the bill. Then a kind customer next to me threw down a $20. I was so angry I didn’t know what was happening. This bartender says to me don’t come back. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!
So much for a corporate company hiring real & decent individuals. RIDICULOUS!

I didn’t eat but didn’t want to give zero stars for the food. Anyway, the staff here are awesome people. The bartender was really cool and on the spot with service. I’m from Texas and was here because my truck broke down. I had an excellent time drinking and talking to the staff. It’s a good atmosphere for a drink and food. I’ll definitely be back if I ever stay a night in Albuquerque. I caught an Uber right out front that took me to my hotel. It’s a busy area so I dint have to wait long for anything …

Food was great! However the waitress we had gave some attitude when she forgot one of our appetizer items and claimed we “didn’t order” it with this sneer undertone.
But we had a kind gentleman give us a bag of chips and salsa when we asked for a container for our remaining salsa.
He didn’t have to do that, but that was very generous of him!
