Food was amazing. Service was slow we got seated immediately wich was nice. That also tells me it’s not too busy. Took them about 15 minutes to get us our drinks (coke products). The chips that were brought out were all crumbly hence the 4 stars (picture attached). The rest of the food was delicious and looked good too. Utensils were not at the table when we sat down nor were they brought out when our food was brought.

Food was amazing, service was amazing. However we ordered 4 drinks, and all of the glasses looked like they haven’t been cleaned. One of the glasses was cracked on the rim, which can be a health risk if it chips. I talked to the manager and he said he would talk to his team about it. Overall, decent time.

I had an amazing experience at Chili’s! The hospitality was outstanding from start to finish—everyone was so warm, friendly, and welcoming. The service was fast, attentive, and genuinely top-notch. Our server went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can really tell the management does an excellent job running this location because everything was smooth, well-organized, and professional. This place truly sets the standard for great service and hospitality. I can’t wait to come back!

Came to chilis with my family and it was a great experience! We haven’t been to chilis in awhile and coming here was an eye opener that it still is the best! From the moment we walked in the host was so nice our server was great! And the food came out hot and ready, a manager came out and asked if we needing anything and if we were celebrating anything. The staff is all so friendly and it was nice to be visited by the manager everyone cared and it made our family happy to get together at this restaurant. Love chilis on the west side

The absolute worst experience ever!!! Literally never have walked out on a restaurant before! Almost an hour wait for our food. Our server then comes out says 5 more minutes waiting on fries, then comes back 20 minutes later with my kids food and tells me my steak will still be about 10 minutes due to so many steaks ordered! For one I have been a restaurant manager for years!!! I should seriously apply and fix this store!! Get the kitchen staffed! There is no reason the kitchen is not going by each ticket! No manager in site doing table checks or letting tables know the issue with the long waits, poor servers had to keep telling tables sorry for the wait! Do better managment or hire someone better to get that place up to par! Will not return to this restaurant!

Sooo I found a napkin in my drink!!! So disgusting!!! I placed a to go order around 9pm. The burgers were okay, mine was a little raw so I did not finish it. My drink (strawberry lemonade, ordered no ice) had about less than half left so I decided to open it to finish the rest. I looked inside and seen a napkin floating around!! I definitely will not be going back!! So gross!!!

Our waiter was not attentive enough, and he’s helper wasn’t any better. The atmosphere was weird as he’ll too. They had other customers as well and I felt like they were more attentive to them than our party of 4. Food was good tho but not enough for me to come back to that place.

Had a great experience at this Chili’s! The service was excellent from start to finish — our server (zay) was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect. The manager(Amanda) was also very present and supportive, which really shows how well the team works together. You can tell this restaurant is well-established and well-run, with everyone working as a true team. Great atmosphere, great service, and a place that clearly values its guests. Will definitely be back!

I went to the cottonwood chilies location the other day for the first time in a while. It was one of the best chilies experiences I’ve had. Our server Zay was great he got everything on our order correct and was very attentive and friendly . The manager Amanda was out checking on tables and when she got to our table she was so kind and friendly. She joked around with the kids at the table and really connected with our family. I will definitely be driving across town to come to this location again.
