Usually a good experience at this Chilis but not last night (02/23/26). Vibes were super off – both the hostess and our waitress seemed miserable as they gave us below average service. I’m not sure if it’s because they think young people don’t tip, but that is far from the truth with our party that came in. We were super nice and didn’t request anything crazy. When our food was dropped off at the table, the expo guy, who we’ve all seen before, has been and was not very friendly. When we asked for something, like more napkins or silverware, it seemed like an inconvenience to him. 5 out of 6 people got their food, and we just waited on a QP burger. We had to ask our waitress again, about 10 minutes after everyone got their food if it was coming, and when it did it looked like someone dropped it and tried to put it back together. The bun was burnt and just wasn’t a great burger. This Chilis is usually really great so maybe it was an off night, but this kind of service really bummed all of us out.

Ordered to go and the gal on the phone didn’t listen to anything we said. After being told numerous times what we wanted, even having her say the order back to us (which she got wrong not once not twice but three times) the order still came wrong. I work in the service industry and it was more than obvious she couldn’t care less about getting the order right. So disappointed. It’s not hard to pay attention to make sure they do it right. Take pride in your work or find a new job not working with the public. Do better. Hire people who care and at least try.

My associates informed there was someting amiss with the Quesedillas skimpy on the shredded beef and having a sweet barbque sauce in the quesedilla quite surprising! Who knew quesedillas come with dessert barbque sauce!
Another guest was noticeably disappointed that the dish chosen ultimate pasta dish had a plate full of pasta, several tiny shrimp and a nice slice of garlic bread. Not at all as ordered or pictured in the menu. Sad…

As the kitchen manager came out to personally appologize for the mishap! Whaaaat! Said the chicken portion would be made right away or discount.
Discount was chosen. Who want’s to eat mad food!
There are so many great places to eat we shall never set foot in a Chilis again.

The waitress I had today at 12-1pm in the bar area was simply freaking fantastic. I didn’t catch her name but she’s a total 10/10. Drinks were always filled, food came fast, and she constantly checked in with us. Definitely will come back for her to be my waitress.

We really enjoy the 3-For-Me menu as it makes for an affordable casual date night. I hope they keep that around for a while. Otherwise, solid service, food quality is consistent, and it is a nice location. Enjoy!

We’ve now had 2 super disappointing visits to this location. The first visit the food was awful. My burger was way overcooked and the bacon on it tasted disgusting. I sent it back letting the server know it was inedible. She didn’t offer an alternative nor was it removed from our bill. We got the sense of being rushed so we didn’t bother with it. The second visit was with just my husband and the kids because I didn’t want to go back. They again felt rushed and my husband didn’t even feel comfortable ordering and watched while our kids ate. He is too nice and non confrontational, so I attempted to call the restaurant to speak to the manager and he unpromisingly told me he’d check in on them. They were never checked on so they paid and left. We will not be back. Super disappointed.

Food was great but service is so slow and expect to be there waiting for more than an hour for your food. We got sat promptly and waiter came 6 minutes after we sat to get drink orders and then another 10 minutes get food order. Then about 46 minutes to get food into our tables. We were about to leave since my father felt hypoglycemic and that’s when the food came to our tables. Food was perfectly seasoned and it warmth. Waiter was friendly and very understanding. Management needs to hire more staff. There is no reason why they should have business running with short staff especially on Friday nights.
