Our server was James we dined in about 4:30 pm and he treated us very well and was friendly. I find customer service here is wonderful and I would love to say that James was a wonderful server for the table we sat at I hope he gets some sort of raise as well as the lady who showed us to our table was kind and very nice. Both the server and the lead who takes us to our table was very polite and I will dine again!

The food was fantastic. Hot and tasty. Fresh service was fast. Parking was pretty easy and the lady behind the counter was new at her job but helped us out pretty easily. I did order take out that night but I have no complaints. I will be returning to Chili’s to eat again

Today’s visit was a reminder why I don’t like chain restaurants. I put my order in online and when I was alerted by text that it was ready to pick up, I walked in and was told to go to the pickup counter. When I went to the counter, I waited for 5 minutes before I was ever acknowledged by anyone, a busses, a waiter or a manager. When I finally got to speak to someone, they gave me my order. I left immediately with my order. Someone please tell.me how someone is supposed to get service if there’s no one at the counter? Also, on to go orders, how am I supposed to eat this with the minimal plastic utensils or napkins? I got a cup of soup and a piece of pie. Do better.

Usually never have a problem going out to eat, anywhere, but last night for whatever reason, we were told that they didn’t have a lot of different types of their food, unfortunately what I went there for, as well as some the other person with me wanted.
Must’ve been busy yesterday I guess?
Would’ve been nice, if that were the case, to have at least been told prior to being seated as if there weren’t a problem. Like maybe inform the host/hostess of this so they can inform potential patrons prior to seating.
Had to drive an extra 15 minutes to another location to actually eat.

Quick Pick Up, Great Food & Excellent Service
I stopped by Chili’s for a quick food pick-up since my hotel was right next door. Even though I had to wait about 10 minutes, the food was totally worth it. I got a generous portion of fries and a delicious sandwich.
I especially want to give a shoutout to the young gentleman who took my order,Dalton. He was very polite, respectful, and professional. Kudos to Chili’s for hiring such great staff
While I waited, I noticed how busy the dine in area was and how hard the entire team was working. Despite the rush, the staff stayed organized and courteous. Great experience overall

We dined in today at 12:15 and our server Connor was the best! Great customer service and checked on us frequently. Our food came out quick and was perfect. Probably the best chicken bacon ranch quesadilla I’ve had from chilis. The burger was cooked perfectly. Our food looked the way it did in the commercials!!!! 10/10 will be dining again. This is our go to chilis. Thank you Connor!

Had a great experience today for lunch! The food was great and the service even better. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. I even had the manager stop by to check on our table. Don’t always see that happen. I will be back next time I’m in town!

This review is entirely a reflection of the management working at this store. All of the staff who work here are friendly and approachable. I often order togo and have never had any issues online or in person. However, the manager of this Chili’s, Lauriana Baca, showed me some of the nastiest attitude I have ever seen. She came by our table with an awful attitude, asked if everything was fine and then simply walked away before we could answer. When I called her back over, politely, to ask for more ranch she rolled her eyes and then barked at one of her servers to get us some. This is not the behavior that the general manager of a restaurant should be condoning, much less practicing herself. She was unfriendly, flippant, rude, and short with us. I also saw her in the back of the restaurant later yelling at one of her younger female staff who was visibly upset. A manager behaving like this should be fired or demoted IMMEDIATELY because it is clear she is not in the right headspace to be telling others what to do. Hope that this situation will be resolved the next time my family and I come to visit.
