We were greeted right away by the host, seated promptly, and the restaurant itself was clean with a nice atmosphere. Service was attentive and overall very good.
We ordered the $6 mango margaritas, and they came out quickly. They weren’t overly sweet and had a great flavor.
For food, we tried the Trio Appetizer Platter with Nashville chicken fingers, Nashville mozzarella sticks, and sliders. The portions were generous, and for the price, I thought it was a solid value. We also added a side of fries, but I wouldn’t get those again—they were too dry and just not very good.
Overall, this is a solid sit-down spot near Laughlin if you’re looking for a casual meal with plenty of options to choose from.

My husband and I have ate here 3 days in a row. We have always liked Chilli restaurants. In fact we chose to take our Grand child out for her Birthday at age 4 in Tx. They hung with us making her feel special. She still loves to watch the video of it. We are staying in a near by hotel in Bullhead Az and the food at this Chilli is so good. One thing I would change is give better silverware with a steak take out. I ended up using my fingers. The steak was yummy and the asparagus with mash potatoes.

We had the pleasure of dining at Chili’s Grill & Bar and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed.
The highlight of our visit, however, was when my 3-year-old son unexpectedly fell asleep at the table and left his shoes behind. We didn’t realize until we were already back at our accommodation. In a show of outstanding hospitality, my sister, nephew, and brother-in-law went back to the restaurant to retrieve the shoes, and not only was the staff understanding and helpful, but the manager went above and beyond to make sure the shoes were safely returned to us.
It’s rare to encounter such warm and thoughtful service, and it made our visit truly memorable. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and family-friendly. We’re so grateful for the kind hospitality, and we’ll definitely be returning on our next trip!

The servers are very nice.
I ordered “surf & turf” which is supposed to include Ribeye & Shrimp. I asked for the steak to be cooked “medium”. It was bright red and leaking red juice. They tried to cook it more and it pretty much looked the same. They fininally cooked another one. By then, the Valentine’s meal was over.
The color on the second one looked ok but it was very tough. I haven’t had a steak in 15 years but I expexted Ribeye to be a softer, flavorful texture.

We had 14 people in our group and Nathan was seriously amazing. He stayed on top of everything the entire time. Drinks, food, check ins, all of it. Nobody felt ignored and nothing was missed, which is impressive with a group that size.
He was friendly, organized, and clearly knew what he was doing. The whole experience was smooth and enjoyable because of him. Easily one of the best service experiences we’ve had at a Chili’s.
If you’re dining here, definitely ask for Nathan. He made our night.

One star… How in the world do you mess up fries with queso bacon and jalapenos.. Always terrible service and the problem is if you don’t want to learn what you have on the menu unmodified, should not work with the orders. Inedible garbage that I paid and tipped for. Seriously, drive to Havasu and go to Applebee’s.

Clean. Lively. Fast paced. Good location just across the street from the bridge to Laughlin.
